Crawler type rice combine harvester is the main tool of rice harvest in China,but with the increase of rice planting area in our country,it puts forward higher requirements on the operation efficiency and carrying capacity of rice harvesting machinery.In order to meet the market demand,the cutting,feeding and the whole quality of the rice harvesting machinery are gradually increasing.As the most important driving performance control components and power transmission components,the transmission capacity of the gearbox is also increased,so that it can match the engine rated power of 85~95kW.Therefore,how to improve the transmission capacity of the transmission has become the focus of the study.So the transmission of the working principle of the study and the design of structural innovation has become particularly important.In this paper,according to the test of the peak load of the walking gearbox and the requirement of the power 85~95kW,a kind of JS90 type combine harvester gearbox was designed.Based on the theoretical design and calculation,Pro/E was used to model the gearbox.Combined with ADAMS and ANSYS,the dynamic analysis and modal analysis of gearbox transmission system and key components were carried out.Compared with the theoretical results,the feasibility of the gearbox was verified.The test of the gearbox was carried out,and the results were analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Because of the overload,the scuffing of the tooth surface,the failure of the brake shell and the failure of the brake pads were existed.In this paper,the Dragon 4LZ-4.0A tracked combined harvester produced by World agriculture machinery corp was the test sample.Based on the wireless sensor testing technology,the paper designed the torque measuring system and the speed measuring system of the harvester output shaft.Choose four different types of road surface,two kind of different angle of the pavement on the test vehicle chassis straight line driving performance tests,and in the mud entrance facing its turn driving performance test were carried out.(2)Based on the requirements of the performance parameters of the 4LD-5.0 tracked combine harvester chassis,the design scheme and transmission system diagram of the gearbox were presented.Based on the driving force of tracked vehicle,the key values of torque,power and speed of different gears in the gear box were determined.By using the maximum load value of each part of the gearbox,the design,calculation and strength check of the gear,shaft and spline of the gearbox were carried out.According to the parameters of the design and calculation of the gear and shaft parts,the whole model of the gearbox was modeled and assembled by Pro/E.(3)In order to verify the feasibility of the gearbox,the ADAMS simulation software was used to simulate the transmission system of the gearbox.The transmission second gear condition as an example,through the definition of material properties,adding rotation pair constraint,applying torque load,finally adding speed drive,completed the pre processing of the virtual prototype.Based on the theory of impact contact,the dynamic simulation of the meshing force of gearbox was carried out,and the meshing force and rotational angular velocity of the last pair of transmission gears were obtained.In order to verify the reliability of gear and shaft,stress analysis was carried out by using the transient dynamic simulation in ANSYS,which were applied to time-dependent load on the gear and the power output shaft.The stress nephogram of gear and power output half shaft were analyzed.(4)JS90 gearbox for processing and trial production,and the assembly after the end of the gearbox installed in the 4LD-5.0 type tracked combine harvester chassis,composing of JS90 gearbox performance test vehicle.The test scheme was established to verify the transmission performance and efficiency of the transmission.The cement road was used to test the linear performance,turning performance and running load,and the test data were analyzed.In the course of the experiment,the gearbox was smooth,without any abnormal sound and fault,which proved the feasibility of the gearbox.
