| The gradual implementation of our Navy’s open-sea strategy puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive support capabilities of ships,the replenishment equipment and the replenishment operation efficiency become the focus of attention.With the development of integration,digitization,and intelligence of ship equipment,the causes and mechanisms of its failure,performance degradation,and function failure are becoming more and more complex,and rapid diagnosis and maintenance of equipment failure has become a research hotspot.Digital twins can connect physical space and digital information space,and simulate and depict the properties,behaviors,rules,etc.of physical entities in the real environment through dynamic virtual models.In this paper,the key technologies and applications of digital twins for ship replenishment equipment are studied,and the digital twins of the lateral solid replenishment supply system are established,the fault diagnosis and health management are carried out based on relevant data.The main works are as follows:(1)Guided by the system engineering theory,the digital twin platform construction plan and construction criteria of the lateral solid replenishment system are designed.Guided by the system requirements,sort out the technical framework and implementation plan of the digital twin platform.(2)Applying the 3D visualization technology and combining the parameter information of the lateral replenishment equipment,the 3D model of the replenishment equipment is constructed to realize the interactive simulation of the replenishment process,then,build the3 D virtual twin of the lateral replenishment system.(3)Applying the digital simulation technology,the two-dimensional physical digital simulation model of lateral solid replenishment system is built,which makes the simulation model has a high degree of fitting with the functional principle,operation logic,and performance parameters of the actual equipment.(4)The typical faults of lateral solid replenishment system are studied,and the characteristic analysis and processing of the fault signals are carried out.A method of optimizing the parameters of VMD algorithm by using the separation coefficient is proposed,and the fault feature vector is constructed by using the energy entropy and the peak value of the spectrum to reduce the reconstruction error of the signal.(5)Based on the data-driven method,a fault diagnosis model of rolling bearing based on VMD-VGG is proposed.Two kinds of signal sources,vibration signal and stator current signal,are used to verify the accuracy of the fault diagnosis model,and the fault diagnosis results are visualized through the digital twin.This paper conducts in-depth research on the ship’s lateral solid replenishment system,a digital twin platform for the replenishment system is built,conducts interactive deduction on the supply operation process and equipment operation,and adopts a data-driven method to diagnose equipment faults.The work done to a certain extent improve the pertinence and effectiveness of lateral solid replenishment equipment maintenance,and promote the transformation of offshore supply equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance from "Regular Maintenance" to "Real-time Monitoring and Condition-Based Maintenance". |
