As the country pays more and more attention to the development of military equipment information technology,the equipment fault diagnosis technology is rapidly changing to the digital direction,and the digital twin technology is the key technology to complete this great transformation.Vehicle switch,as the center of the wired communication system of the communication command vehicle to achieve equipment interconnection,once the failure will cause the local area network in the car and lead to a lot of equipment offline,resulting in certain losses.The traditional inspection technology of vehicle-mounted switch cannot meet the real-time and intelligent requirements,so this paper carries out fault diagnosis research based on digital twin technology for such communication equipment as vehicle-mounted switch.This paper takes on-board switch as the research object,realizes the visualization of model and data,completes the research of model linkage fault diagnosis based on digital twin technology and offline intelligent diagnosis based on YOLOv5 target detection technology,and realizes the fault diagnosis function of technology combination in digital twin system.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects:(1)Understand the relevant technologies of digital twin technology applied in the industrial field,and design the system according to the requirements of this paper,which can be mainly divided into four modules: three-dimensional modeling,data visualization,model linkage based on digital twin,and target recognition based on YOLOv5.(2)The foundation of digital twinning technology is digital twinning.The high simulation model of vehicle switch and entity is mainly completed by using 3DMax and Unity3 D software.3DMax was used to build the basic digital model of the vehicle switch,and then loaded into Unity3 D for improvement and visualization of the model.(3)The core of digital twinning technology is data.Data collection for vehicle switches is an important task of this topic.The required data should be analyzed,counted and collected based on SNMP,and then loaded into the system and displayed in the UI interface to realize data visualization.(4)In the aspect of fault diagnosis,it analyzes and researches the faults of switches,and realizes the model linkage fault diagnosis of digital twin system,offline intelligent fault diagnosis,and manual diagnosis with remote assistance.Based on the above discussion,this paper completes the fault diagnosis research of vehicle-mounted switch based on digital twin technology,and proposes a new method for the traditional switch fault diagnosis,which combines digital twin technology,target detection technology and fault diagnosis technology to achieve fault diagnosis.The research method in this paper is applicable to all kinds of communication equipment supporting SNMP,and has strong universality,and can realize real-time and comprehensive fault diagnosis of communication equipment.
