The research on early warning system of electric cabinet fire in the thesis is based on an equipment development under a jailed project.The system aims to monitor electrical equipment and provide early warnings to prevent serious losses and casualties in case of electrical fires.The existing electrical fire alarm systems in the country are mentioned to have shortcomings such as low monitoring intensity,poor warning effectiveness,and high false alarm rates.The prison management bureau desires to achieve goals related to safety production,risk monitoring,warning coordination,and start-stop control.To address the deficiencies in the electrical fire alarm system and meet the technical specifications for prison safety production and risk detection and warning system,the paper proposes a design for an electrical cabinet fire alarm system based on infrared thermography.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Hardware and software design,as well as infrared thermography design,tailored to the technical indicators and requirements of the prison system.This includes component selection,circuit design,DC-DC power supply circuit,sensor driving and acquisition circuit,RS-485 communication circuit,peripheral circuit,and a matrix model for infrared probes to address low resolution issues and achieve effective measurement.Research on infrared thermography,including interpolation processing of temperature data acquired by infrared probes,conversion of temperature values to corresponding grayscale values,pseudocolorization in the RGB color space for imaging purposes,and image optimization using Gaussian filtering.System optimization plan for intelligentization,including sensor data acquisition and processing,communication protocols based on the Modbus protocol for host and slave devices,multi-parameter threshold fire alarm system,and a circular buffer based on a dual-pointer task code to address system disorder and lengthy program operations.The thesis concludes that the proposed electrical cabinet fire alarm system based on infrared thermography successfully monitors the risks associated with prison electrical cabinets,addresses false alarms caused by residual current variations,and reduces the probability of system false alarms.
