| China has made great achievements in the field of new energy vehicles,and the development of new energy vehicles is an important step to make China a large automotive country to become a strong automotive country.The industry-academia-research patent cooperation network is beneficial to the exchange of knowledge and technology among subjects in the realm of new energy vehicles and the completion of patent technology research and development,and is also an important way to improve the level of technological innovation in the field of new energy vehicles in China.Therefore,this study will examine the structural characteristics and network evolution characteristics of the patent cooperation network in the domain of new energy vehicles in China from the perspective of patent cooperation,and on this basis,study the influencing factors of the patent cooperation network of industry-university-research in the field of new energy vehicles in greater depth.This paper investigates the problems in the patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles and puts forward policy suggestions to promote the innovative development of patent cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles in China,so as to provide reference for the innovative development of patent cooperation in terms of new energy vehicles in China.This paper selects the data of university-industry-research patent cooperation in the field of new energy vehicles from2000 to 2022,analyzes the structural characteristics and evolutionary features of the university-industry-research patent cooperation network in terms of new energy vehicles based on the complex network theory,combines with the social network analysis method,and finally explores the formation of the university-industry-research patent cooperation network in terms of new energy vehicles by combining endogenous and exogenous variables through ERGM modelling.Through the study of the patent cooperation network in the realm of new energy vehicles,it was found that:(1)China’s new energy vehicle industry-university-research patent cooperation applications have gradually increased in recent years;the type of industry-university-research cooperation tends to be enterprise-enterprise cooperation;the patent application is more active in northern and eastern China,with uneven regional development of patent technology;patent applications in the field of new energy vehicles are mainly focused on power generation devices,power supply systems and other technology directions;the main application subjects are State Grid Corporation,Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and Chongqing Changan Automobile Co.(2)China’s patent cooperation innovation network in the field of new energy vehicles conforms to the characteristics of power law distribution and has the characteristics of small-world network.The analysis of the evolution of the patent cooperation network of industry-universityresearch in the field of new energy vehicles from two levels of the overall network and individual network reveals that,with the expansion of the network scale,the patent cooperation network of industry-university-research in the field of new energy vehicles evolves in the process of continuous stage "core-edge" more and more significantly.The network has a high agglomeration coefficient and a short average path length,and has small-world characteristics,with enterprises occupying the core node position of the network and gradually improving their ability to control information resources.(3)By exploring the influence of internal and external variables such as network endogenous structure,organizational homogeneity,geographical homogeneity,cooperation breadth,cooperation intensity and technology proximity network on the information dissemination of industry-academia-research patent cooperation network in the field of new energy vehicles,we found that the network tended to form a star-shaped network structure with a certain degree of expansion among the endogenous variables,and all the exogenous variables had a significant influence on network formation except for organizational homogeneity which did not significantly promote the influence of other exogenous variables.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects:technological innovation direction,industry-university-research platform,intellectual property protection level and regional cooperation and exchange,using industry associations as the main body for the optimization of the patent cooperation network in the realm of new energy vehicles industry. |
