Driven by the support of national policies and the recycling needs of scrapped automobile parts,the automobile parts remanufacturing industry in our country has achieved growth in recent years.However,less sales channels and low consumer awareness restrict largely the application and promotion of remanufactured automobile parts.Aiming at this problem,the government clearly proposed in the "14th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development" to support the construction of remanufactured products trading platform",which provided a new solution for the automobile parts remanufacturing industry.There are few existing remanufactured automobile parts trading platforms,and fewer enterprises have settled in,so multi-node and large-scale remanufactured automobile parts trading platforms need to be established urgently.A reasonable supply chain network is important for the efficient operation of the platform,while the uncertainty of the supply and demand of remanufactured automobile parts increases the difficulty in the design of the supply chain network for the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform.Therefore,the design of the supply chain network is a key and complex problem in the construction of such a platform.Based on this,this dissertation studies the design of supply chain network for the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform,and the main contents are as follows:(1)This dissertation introduces the significance of the research on the supply chain network design of the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform,analyzes the research status and shortcomings at home and abroad detailly,and proposes the research content and research methods of this dissertation,and then expounds the relevant theories including remanufactured products trading platform,automobile parts remanufacturing and supply chain network design.(2)Based on the existing research and documents related to the automobile parts remanufacturing industry,the supplier index system of the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform is preliminarily designed.The primary evaluation indexes are screened and identified by using the group decision feature root method,and then the supplier index system suitable for the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform is determined.Simultaneously,a supplier evaluation model for the remanufactured automobile parts trading platform is developed by using grey correlation analysis method,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the supplier index system and evaluation model are verified via an example.(3)Considering the uncertainties of supply and demand of remanufactured automobile parts,a logistics network optimization model of remanufactured automobile parts trading platform is established with the objective of minimizing the total cost,in which the uncertainty parameters are represented by random variables.Multi-population genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the validity and robustness of the model are verified by example analysis and confidence level fluctuation analysis.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the full text,and points out the field of research in the future.
