| At present,the earth is facing the problem of global warming,the climate is complex and changeable,and environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.Various countries are beginning to realize the importance of reducing carbon emissions.In July 2020,more than 60 countries have announced carbon neutrality targets.As a major manufacturing country,our country’s carbon emissions remain high.In order to achieve the goal of peaking carbon emissions by 2030,China has established 7 pilot cities for carbon trading and has achieved the predetermined goal.According to the country’s latest policy arrangements in 2021,the online trading of industries with high carbon emissions will be officially launched,a national carbon trading market will be established,and carbon emission rights will be assigned to enterprises.As a manufacturing industry with high carbon emissions,automobile manufacturers are paying more and more attention to how to reduce carbon dioxide emissions during the manufacturing process.In the process of constantly seeking low-carbon production,remanufacturing of auto parts has become one of the key points of low-carbon production.Under the national policy of carbon emission rights allowance and carbon trading,whether auto parts manufacturing companies should introduce remanufacturing processes,and how to arrange production after the companies have introduced remanufacturing processes have become one of the key directions of research.Through literature research,field research,mathematical modeling and other research methods,this paper will study whether A manufacturing company should introduce a remanufacturing process when the country implements a carbon emission rights allowance and carbon trading policy,and study the optimal production decision of the enterprise when remanufacturing outsourcing and remanufacturing self-operating under the carbon trading policy.This paper mainly discusses the following issues:(1)Analyze the current production problems of the A manufacturing company,and put forward corresponding solutions based on the actual situation and national policies.(2)Based on the carbon emission rights allowance and carbon trading policy,establish the profit maximization nonlinear model of the enterprise outsourcing remanufacturing production model,and the profit maximization nonlinear model of the enterprise selfoperated remanufacturing.The production cost and carbon emission function in the remanufacturing process are expressed by the recycling quality,and the recycling quantity function is expressed by the recycling price sensitivity coefficient,and the Lagrange function and KKT conditions are used to solve the problem.Obtain the optimal output and profit formulas of the A auto manufacturing company under different conditions of remanufacturing outsourcing and self-operating;(3)Perform sensitivity analysis through MATLAB to analyze the profit under the two production decisions of remanufacturing process outsourcing and self-operating,and provide a basis for whether the enterprise introduces remanufacturing process;analyze the influence of factors such as demand,carbon trading price,recycling quality and the consumers’ sensitivity to recycling prices on the optimal output and profit of enterprises,and get the corresponding production management enlightenment.Through the study of the above issues,it is concluded that:comparing the profits under the two production modes of remanufacturing outsourcing and remanufacturing self-operating,it is found that when the market demand for remanufactured products exceeds a certain threshold,the introduction of remanufacturing processes will increase corporate profits.It also considers the influence of market demand,recycling quality,recycling price,and consumer’s price sensitivity coefficient on the optimal decision after the introduction of the remanufacturing process by the A manufacturing enterprise.This article has 26 figures,8 tables,and 57 references. |
