The economy of southern Jiangxi is in a period of sustained development,and the urbanization process is very rapid.In this process of development,the progress of science and technology,the renewal of energy and raw materials,and the optimization of industrial structure make a large number of local industrial buildings emerge.In this context,the reuse of industrial architecture remains is of great significance for optimizing urban space,extending historical context and promoting social and economic progress.Due to its unique geographical environment and special historical development,architecture in southern Jiangxi has distinct regional characteristics.However,with the advancement of urbanization,this unique regional architecture is being swallowed by international and modern architectural styles.Therefore,in the process of reusing the industrial architecture remains in the south of Jiangxi region,we should respect the regional characteristics of the south of Jiangxi region,and put forward the design method of industrial architecture remains reusing to meet the current demand.This paper first analyzes the reasons for the emergence of industrial building remains,analyzes the significance of industrial building remains reuse,and then conducts basic research on the general situation of southern Jiangxi and local industrial building remains,summarizes the current characteristics and value of industrial building remains in southern Jiangxi,in-depth analysis of the local industrial building remains reuse process,and selects four typical cases according to the screening principle.The paper summarizes the deficiencies of the current development and puts forward the reuse principle.Based on the principle,the paper discusses the reuse strategy of industrial buildings’ remains,and then puts forward the design method of industrial buildings’ remains reuse in southern Jiangxi from four aspects: balancing the relationship between the plant and the surrounding environment,optimizing the layout of building groups,adjusting the spatial scale of individual buildings and transforming the building skin.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to increase the feasibility of reuse design method. |
