| In recent years,prefabricated buildings have shown a trend of increasing construction scale and more and more complex construction.During the assembly process,the structural system,support system,joint strength and construction load of prefabricated structures have obvious time-varying characteristics with the construction process.Time-varying mechanical analysis in the assembly process is of great significance for structural stability and safety evaluation.Efficient engineering modeling and dynamic simulation technology are key issues in the time-varying mechanical analysis of assembled structures.In order to solve this problem,this paper combines BIM(Building Information Modeling)dynamic modeling and construction organization technology with finite element(FEM)simulation technology to establish a BIM-FEM integrated analysis method based on assembled structures.Firstly,a BIM-based finite element model conversion method for assembled structures is established,and then a BIM 4D-based time-varying mechanical analysis method for assembled structures is established.Then,based on the secondary development of Revit software and ABAQUS software,a BIM-FEM integrated analysis software platform was built to realize the time-varying mechanical analysis of prefabricated structure construction based on BIM-FEM integrated technology.Finally,the effectiveness of the established method and program was verified by an example of a prefabricated frame structure project in Hubei.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A BIM-based finite element model transformation method for prefabricated structures is established : The expression consistency of prefabricated structural components and finite element components in geometric expression,material assignment,assembly mode and other aspects is analyzed,and the conversion algorithm of prefabricated structural BIM model to finite element model is established.The algorithm of automatic generation of simulation calculation network,automatic application of material parameters,automatic transformation of load and automatic setting of boundary conditions is established,and the BIM-FEM integrated modeling method is formed.(2)The time-varying mechanical analysis method of assembled structure based on BIM 4D is established:Based on BIM 4D dynamic construction model,the dynamic structure system generation algorithm,dynamic condition generation algorithm,dynamic load application algorithm and dynamic boundary condition setting algorithm in the process of structural assembly are established,and the time-varying mechanical analysis method of assembled structure based on BIM 4D is formed.(3)The BIM-FEM integrated analysis software platform for prefabricated structures is established:Based on the Visual 2017 platform,the Revit software is redeveloped by Revit API using C# development language to realize the efficient conversion of the time-varying finite element model of the prefabricated structure during the construction period of the BIM model.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software,the calculation script is written to realize the time-varying mechanical solution of the prefabricated structure.Based on the above algorithms,procedures and scripts,the BIM-FEM integrated analysis software platform for prefabricated structures is formed.(4)The engineering application research of BIM-FEM integrated modeling and simulation technology is carried out:Based on a prefabricated frame structure project in Hubei Province,the BIM integrated model is constructed by using the established BIM model integrated modeling method.Through the BIM-FEM integrated conversion analysis platform,the mechanical analysis of different construction stages of the assembled structure is realized,and the effectiveness of the method established in this paper is verified. |
