Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Rural Public Space Based On The Affordance Theory

In the context of rural revitalization and beautiful rural construction,rural planning and construction has become the focus of attention of many scholars and professionals in the industry.Rural public space is an important object of rural planning and construction,and the corresponding construction and reconstruction is also being promoted continuously and rapidly.However,few people pay attention to the use of public space after construction,and whether it can provide its ideal activity content.Whether it meets the needs of users.The research object of the affordance theory is human and environment.Under the guidance of the people-oriented principle,it focuses on exploring the interactive relationship between them.From the perspective of affordance,establishes an evaluation system of rural public space,evaluates and analyzes rural public space,summarizes problems based on this and puts forward optimization strategies,which can provide better direction for future rural construction.Specific research contents include:First of all,the paper summarizes the rural public space and the affordance theory,finds that the existing evaluation from the perspective of affordance is short of objective evaluation indicators and the weight of indicators is uniform,and explores the necessity and possibility of combining the rural public space with the affordance theory.Based on the characteristics of rural public space and users’ needs,the affordance of rural public space is divided into four levels: functional affordance,sensory affordance,spiritual culture affordance and social activity affordance.The evaluation system of rural public space is established as the first-level index.The evaluation data is collected by questionnaire survey,and the comprehensive evaluation results are calculated based on the weight of each index.Secondly,Three villages were selected as sample villages for field investigation.The current situation of various Spaces in the three sample villages was investigated,and the rural public space was divided into five categories: road space,portal space,leisure space,ecological space and production space,and the existing problems were summarized.The two-step road APP was used to take photos to record the behaviors and activities of the users of rural public space and make statistics on their affordance performance.At the same time,the activity locations were located and the spatial distribution characteristics of the affordance performance were analyzed.Questionnaires were issued to investigate users’ activity time and content in the rural public space and their evaluation of the rural public space.After that,the comprehensive evaluation score under each level of affordance is obtained by combining the index weight,and the quantity and evaluation score of each level of affordance in rural public space are compared,and the incongruity between them is summarized.Finally,based on the above evaluation results and the summary of existing problems,aiming at improving the affordance of rural public space at all levels,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.Taking Yao ’an Village as the object of practice,IPA analysis was used to compare the importance and scores of various indicators,obtain some indicators to be optimized,correspond them to the nature of the affordance factors,combine with the survey results of the current situation of the rural public space,propose a more targeted optimization plan,and form a more comprehensive and accurate evaluation research and optimization path of the rural public space.Improve the construction performance of rural public space and promote its sustainable development.
