| With the rapid development of global industrialization,population growth,and significant improvement in social living standards,the high demand for energy and the depletion of energy have formed a sharp contrast.The world is facing huge challenges of energy shortage,and energy conservation and emission reduction have become the main path to achieve sustainable development.In China,the scale of the industrial system is expanding day by day,building energy consumption and carbon emissions are increasing,and achieving green transformation of industrial buildings has become a necessary requirement for China’s economic development.At present,there are many problems in the energy-saving renovation of industrial buildings,which can be summarized in two aspects:(1)Theoretical aspect: Currently,the renovation of existing industrial buildings focuses on changing the nature of the building’s use,and emphasizes the inheritance and renewal of cultural heritage.For industrial buildings that are still in use,due to the significant differences in the demand for building environment in their specific production environment,there are few relevant renovation theories to maintain their use nature.With the continuous proposal of policies and standards for green production of industrial buildings,research in related aspects should be strengthened.(2)In practice,industrial buildings have a large volume,high energy consumption for process equipment and production processes,and high environmental parameter requirements.The comfort of workers also needs to be improved,and there are many influencing factors for energy-saving renovation.Therefore,how to conduct multiobjective comprehensive optimization of industrial buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.There are many types of industrial buildings,among which there is relatively little research on energy-saving renovation of distillery buildings.This article selects distillery buildings in Handan area as the research object,and the research content mainly includes three parts:Part 1-raising questions: Starting from the current situation of energy-saving renovation of existing buildings,the development history and new trends of distilleries,and the specific production environment of distilleries,propose the reasons for energysaving renovation of distilleries,and clarify the potential for performance improvement of energy-saving renovation.Part 2-Analysis of Issues: By conducting statistical classification and comparative analysis of energy-saving renovation regulations and standards for industrial buildings in typical foreign and domestic countries,and combining existing industrial building renovation case studies,the theoretical basis for energy-saving renovation is obtained,thus summarizing the relevant factors that affect energy-saving renovation of distillery buildings and applicable energy-saving technology strategies;Secondly,summarize the development overview of Handan Distillery,and conduct on-site measurements of the selected distillery and workshop spaces(koji making workshop,brewing workshop,pottery jar wine cellar).Starting from the composition and spatial dimensions of the workshop,production process capacity,and physical environment,identify the existing problems of workshops with different specific production environments.Part 3-Problem Solving: Regarding the passive energy-saving strategy of the distillery factory building,using the Design Builder performance simulation tool,typical models representing the three factories(koji making workshop,brewing workshop,and pottery jar wine cellar)are selected.Firstly,single factor parameters are selected for simulation to obtain the energy-saving,emission reduction,and cost-effectiveness potential brought by different individual and comprehensive measures of each typical building,Provide quantitative basis for the optimization of energy-saving transformation strategies,thus obtaining passive energy-saving transformation strategies for the koji making workshop,brewing workshop,and pottery jar wine cellar.According to the overall active energy-saving strategy of the distillery,through the analysis of renewable energy,solar energy and geothermal energy are selected as the energy available for the distillery.According to the annual output of Liquor enterprises above the national scale,taking Zhaowang Liquor Industry as a typical example,the balance between summer cooling and winter office heating in the brewing workshop by using solar photovoltaic power generation and geothermal energy can recover costs and make profits within the service life of the equipment,achieving the dual goals of energy conservation,carbon reduction and economic benefits.This study provides a theoretical basis for the energy-saving renovation of existing distillery buildings;At the same time,it provides meaningful practical guidance for distilleries to improve product quality,achieve clean production in the future,and utilize renewable energy,which has practical application value. |
