| With the continuous development of urbanization and the expansion of urban scale,a large number of construction activities have led to the continuous growth of urban building density and the continuous negative impact on the urban built environment.How to improve the sustainability level of urban built environment has become a key issue of concern for human society at present.With the development of research,the connotation of urban built environment has been enriched to cover more social,humanistic and economic aspects,and the evaluation of urban built environment sustainability cannot be limited to the material aspect of sustainability,but needs to fully consider the social,economic and cultural sustainability of urban built environment.The evaluation of the sustainability of the urban built environment is an important step toward sustainable urban development,and the ultimate goal of the evaluation is to provide effective guidance for specific urban construction practices.The scale of the evaluation object varies under different evaluation categories,but the ultimate goal of evaluation is the same: to pursue sustainability of the urban built environment.In the context of China’s urban management system,taking the county and city-level jurisdictions as evaluation objects is conducive to using the evaluation results to guide the next step of urban construction practices.Based on the classification,dismantling and comparative analysis of the evaluation scales,evaluation objectives and evaluation index contents of the mainstream urban built environment sustainability evaluation index systems at home and abroad,this paper establishes an urban built environment sustainability evaluation index system for the internal jurisdictions of cities according to the characteristics of the Chinese urban management system.The index system contains 31 indicators,and the index weights are calculated by the entropy weight method to evaluate the sustainability performance level of urban built environment from five evaluation objectives: sustainable construction and operation,sustainable industry and economy,sustainable resources and environment,sustainable urban life,and sustainable development potential.In this study,Qingdao city and its jurisdictions were used as the evaluation target,and the evaluation system constructed in this study was studied empirically.The overall scores of urban built environment sustainability evaluation for each jurisdiction in Qingdao were obtained in descending order: Shinan(100),Laoshan(95.42),Shibei(80.96),Chengyang(77.75),Qingdao(76.8),Laixi(76.61),Jimo(72.06),Pingdu(68.76),West Coast New Area(65.17),Jiaozhou(64.85),Licang(60.32).The performance of each jurisdiction in urban built environment sustainability was categorized through cluster analysis,and the ten jurisdictions were divided into three categories to assist in the analysis of the overall sustainability evaluation scores.Among them,Shinnan and Shibei are in one category,Jiaozhou,Pingdu,and Laixi are in one category,and Licang,Laoshan,West Coast New Area,Chengyang,and Jimo are in one category.Further,based on the performance of each jurisdiction in terms of the different objectives of the sustainability evaluation system,cluster analysis was conducted for each of the five evaluation objectives,and the results of the clustering of each jurisdiction in terms of the evaluation objectives were used to compare the comprehensive evaluation scores and the performance of specific indicators of each jurisdiction in terms of the five objectives of urban built environment sustainability,and the advantages and challenges of each jurisdiction in Qingdao in terms of urban built environment sustainability were analyzed.The strengths and challenges of each jurisdiction in Qingdao are analyzed.Finally,based on the evaluation and data analysis results of this study,recommendations are made for the improvement of urban built environmental sustainability in each of the ten jurisdictions in Qingdao,based on the work report of Qingdao Municipal Government and the current situation of urban built environmental sustainability in Qingdao,on the one hand,and on the other hand,from a macro perspective,recommendations are made for the improvement of urban built environmental sustainability in Qingdao in terms of sustainable construction and operation,sustainable industry and economy,sustainable resources and On the other hand,from a macro perspective,we propose optimization strategies for Qingdao in five aspects:sustainable construction and operation,sustainable industry and economy,sustainable resources and environment,sustainable urban life,and sustainable development potential. |
