| With the rapid development of Qingdao’s urbanization process, rail transit has become an important part of Qingdao’s urban public transport,in which station space is "embedded" into the existing urban space as a new element. The unique advantages of rail transit, such as safety, punctuality, comfort and large transportation volume, have effectively enhanced the commercial value of station space. However,at present, there are many problems in Qingdao urban station space, such as unbalanced land use, incomplete block network, inconvenient public transport connection, and low degree of underground space networking. These problems directly lead to the failure of intensive and efficient use of station space, and the failure of effective evolution of new and old urban space. In view of this, based on the "TOD" theory, this paper selects Qingdao Licun Station Space as the research object, deeply analyzes the development mode of Licun Station Space under the guidance of the "TOD" theory, discusses the problems of Licun Station Space, analyzes the characteristics of these problems, and puts forward targeted strategies according to the characteristics of the problems. The paper mainly includes four parts:First of all, establish the basis of the paper and theoretical research. It clarifies the origin, purpose and significance of studying the development of Qingdao urban rail station space under the background of the times, and clarifies the relevant research concepts and categories. The research status of the predecessors on the station space at the macro, meso and micro levels,as well as the development process, core content and research status of the "TOD" theory are sorted out.Through the typical "TOD" site examples at home and abroad,we can understand its functional space composite mode, and summarize its impact and significance.Secondly, summarize the characteristics of station space organization under the "TOD" theory.Based on the "TOD" theory, the author analyzes the feasibility value of station space development and the interaction between station space and rail transit.Based on the "TOD" theory, the paper focuses on the station space organization principles such as people-oriented,respecting the status quo, efficient integration, and open sharing.Based on the "TOD" theory, the paper summarizes and puts forward such spatial organization elements as functional organization, spatial design and traffic organization.Thirdly, based on "TOD" theory, the author analyzes the spatial characteristics of Qingdao station area. The author selects Qingdao Licun station space as the research object.By means of literature research, field research, qualitative and quantitative combination and other research methods, the current situation and characteristics of station space development are understood through the analysis of the characteristics of station space land use,the network organization of station blocks, the connection of public transport within the station space, and the networking of station underground space. Finally, the existing problems in the spatial development of Licun station area are tried to put forward. Finally, based on the "TOD" theory, the author proposes optimization design strategies such as strengthening the connection between the station and the surrounding environment, optimizing the space classification and development system of the station, improving the vitality of the slow traffic space of the station, and improving the quality of the space environment of the station. It is expected to provide relevant reference for the comprehensive development of Qingdao station space in the future. |
