Research On Financial Analysis And Improvement Countermeasures Of Yiwei Lithium Energy Based On Harvard Framework

Strategic emerging industries are booming.As one of the strategic emerging industries,the new energy automobile industry plays a vital role in economic and social development.In recent years,power batteries,as the energy source of new energy vehicles,have shown a high-quality development trend.However,affected by multiple factors such as rising raw material costs and declining policy subsidies,while the power battery industry is developing rapidly,competition within the industry is also becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,power battery companies should use financial data to conduct financial analysis of the company in a timely manner,analyze the company’s existing problems and propose improvement countermeasures.This paper selects Yiwei Lithium Energy Company in the power battery industry as the research object,based on the development background of the power battery industry,and from the perspective of enterprise managers,based on the Harvard framework,it conducts financial analysis on Yiwei Lithium Energy and puts forward improvement countermeasures.Managers and stakeholders are instructive.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research background,significance,content,methods and structure framework of the thesis,and introduces the domestic and foreign research status of financial analysis and Harvard framework.The second chapter introduces the relevant theoretical basis,and expounds the significance of applying the Harvard framework to analyze EVE Lithium Energy.The third chapter conducts strategic analysis through PEST model,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT model.The fourth chapter analyzes the accounting policies and accounting estimates of the main accounting subjects of EVE Lithium Energy,and analyzes the quality of the accounting statements,and analyzes the financial status and operating results of EVE Lithium Energy.The fifth chapter conducts financial analysis on Yiwei Lithium Energy’s profitability,solvency,operating ability,and growth ability based on the strategic level.The sixth chapter analyzes the prospect and risks of EVE Lithium Energy,draws the research conclusion of this paper and puts forward the improvement countermeasures of EVE Lithium Energy.Through research,it is found that the power battery industry has a trend of rapid development,but there are a series of risks in the industry such as intensified market competition,rising material costs,and insufficient research and development.Yiwei Lithium Energy has advantages such as technology research and development,quality brand,etc.,but there are risks such as high turnover of personnel and decline in market gross profit margin.Combining the analysis results of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis,and prospect analysis,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures such as deepening overseas markets and increasing industrial chain integration for the risks faced by EVE Lithium Energy.The analysis and research in this paper broaden the industry application scope of the Harvard analysis framework,provide practical development and improvement suggestions for the power battery industry,and have reference significance for power battery companies of the same type.
