The Reappearance Of Commonality In The Spatial Order Of Villages In Cities

The crisis of modernity has brought about the development dilemma and the fragmentation of the meaning of architecture.Many scholars have launched a comprehensive reflection.Since modern times,there have been many studies on the architectural spatial order under the topic of "subjectivity" in architecture,in order to expect architecture to form an independent discipline system.Habermas pointed out the disadvantages of the study of "subjectivity" and then expounded the concept of "intersubjectivity"."Commonality" is the study of architecture under "intersubjectivity",which turns its attention from spatial subjects to the relationship between subjects."Group agreement" has many similar names,such as: type principle,collective unconsciousness,deep-seated structure,consensus between people,etc.This paper emphasizes the social dimension between "spatial order" and "human behavior",that is,the conventional relationship between groups.Based on the observation of the village in the city,this paper points out that there should be three very important characteristics of group agreement in the spatial order of the village in the city: first,communicative rationality;Second,behavioral consensus;Third,the relationship network.Combined with the three types of spatial order in the old town of Wuhu,it is pointed out that communicative rationality is the basis of the existence of group agreement,behavioral consensus is the main function of group agreement,and relationship network is the spatial characteristic of the whole group agreement.If we want to continue our lifestyle,architects need to pay attention to and analyze the characteristics of group agreement.Their work is no longer just a creation on white paper,but how to make group agreement reappear in the later spatial order.Finally,this paper points out that architects should adopt the strategy of "open frame+filler",in which "open frame" represents the broadest interests and the overall rational form control,and "filler" is the embodiment of specific spatial rules.Only when the architect gives power to the residents moderately and matches the appropriate spatial order can the group agreement reappear.
