As a witness of history,cultural relics have an extremely important protection value.With the process of urbanization,the influence of different construction vibration on various cultural relics can not be ignored.At present,there are relatively few studies on the attenuation relationship characteristics of construction vibration and the vibration reduction measures of cultural relics,which can no longer meet the needs of today’s society for the protection of cultural relics.In this paper,the reconstruction and expansion project of the Qingdao Museum is taken as the research background,and the construction operations such as rotary excavation pile,steel pipe pile,demolition,blasting and chiseling are taken as the research conditions.The stone statues,bronzes,porcelains and other cultural relics collected by Qingdao Museum are taken as the research objects.Vibration test,finite element analysis,numerical fitting and neural network are used to analyze and study the vibration characteristics and attenuation law of each construction condition and the vibration reduction effect of various cultural protection measures under different construction conditions,to provide a reference for the research of construction vibration and its influence on cultural relics.The main research contents of this topic are as follows :(1)The main research status of vibration threshold and evaluation index,vibration attenuation law,vibration protection effect,and engineering cases of construction vibration at home and abroad are collected and sorted out.(2)Field vibration tests were carried out on some construction conditions,such as rotary excavation piles,steel pipe piles,demolition,and blasting.The time-frequency domain maps of each working condition were obtained,and the vibration characteristics of each construction condition were analyzed and summarized.Finite element analysis,numerical fitting and neural network prediction are used to analyze the vibration attenuation law of different main frequency conditions,and the reliability of various methods is analyzed to provide a reference for the research on construction vibration.(3)Taking the vibration isolation bearing set under the base of four stone statues in the museum and the capsule box used to store small volume cultural relics as the research object,the vibration isolation effect under the construction conditions such as blasting and chiseling is studied,and the vibration frequency response function of the cultural relic capsule box is established.(4)The vibration characteristics of each floor-case system of the museum are analyzed by setting the vibration transfer path.The finite element model of the museum structure was established,and the blasting load was input into the model to obtain the time domain results of each floor velocity.With the help of equivalent substitution,frequency response function calculation and IFFT transformation,the frequency domain curve of the output response of each floor-capsule system was obtained,and the vibration reduction and isolation effect of the floor-capsule system was analyzed.
