Endoscope is mainly composed of three systems,namely,the endoscope system,image display system and lighting system.Now more commonly used electronic endoscope,for example,speculum system including operating lever and the lens body,the lens body into the patient’s body,inside the body,with multiple pipelines,including lighting fiber,image transmission optical fiber(electronic endoscope is CCD video line),the gas channel,the water channel,equipment,etc.,endoscopic high precision,require multiple fields to cooperate with each other.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive surgery in medical treatment,medical endoscope with small volume,small wound,quick postoperative recovery and other outstanding advantages,making it more and more widely used in modern medicine.At the same time,the imaging quality of medical endoscope is mainly determined by the imaging quality of its optical imaging system,and its imaging quality directly affects the safety and accuracy of diagnosis and treatment,so designing a high-resolution optical imaging system of medical endoscope is a subject with important practical application value.For the optical imaging system of medical endoscope,it is composed of several optical lenses.However,in the process of application,in order to obtain a wider range of actual conditions during observation and detection,it is necessary to design the optical imaging system with a larger field of view,such as the fish-eye lens system.This kind of optical system is composed of two or more blocks of negative optical focus lens and conventional optical system,in which the front negative optical focus lens is used to compress the field Angle of the object,so that the light rays can reach the required field Angle when entering the conventional optical system.The aberration of this kind of optical system is generally more serious,and in the process of surgery and detection,in order to obtain clearer imaging,the large aperture imaging is basically pursued,which makes the design of the system more complicated.Aiming at these problems,on the basis of selecting an appropriate initial structure,to further design of system structure,and then using Zemax optical design software for aberration analysis,on the basis of the aberration analysis results,choose appropriate as aspheric optical surface,using Zemax software function for the optimization design of the optimization design,in order to get a model with large viewing Angle,good imaging quality and relatively high intensity of illumination of medical endoscope optical imaging system.My main aim is to design a near-infrared endoscope.I can use fluorescence.When we use it,we may see the edges which are not clearly clear.It is good for doctors to do better surgery.
