With the integrated development of the world economy,the importance of the interaction between port logistics and regional economy has become more and more prominent,and in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" is once again an important measure to promote coordinated regional development.With close ties and coastal characteristics,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important channel for trade and port logistics to promote economic and cultural exchanges in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Among them,port logistics not only carries the important task of material exchange and information exchange with other cities and countries in the region,but also plays an important role in promoting the economic growth of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper first describes the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei trade and the development status of port logistics,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port logistics development.Secondly,taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port logistics and the economic development level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object,the panel data of thirteen cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2008 to 2020 were selected as the research samples,and the development status of port logistics was analyzed,and the weight index with the greatest impact on per capita GDP fluctuation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was obtained by using the entropy weight method as the core explanatory variable of this paper.Based on this,a spatial Dubin model is established to empirically analyze the direct effects and spatial spillover effects of port logistics on economic growth.Finally,the study finds that: first,the estimated coefficient of port cargo throughput PLOC is 0.061,that is,every1% increase in port cargo throughput in a specific area will increase the per capita GDP of local people by 0.061%,indicating that port cargo throughput can increase per capita GDP.Second,port logistics has a significant spatial spillover effect,which can not only promote the economic growth of local cities,but also have the same role in promoting the economic development of surrounding cities.According to the research conducted in this paper,the following three policy suggestions are put forward:(1)Establish a resource integration mechanism for the logistics industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei port.Actively promote the integration of regional port logistics resources,accelerate the promotion of intensive port logistics industry planning and layout,and formulate a scientific and reasonable port logistics industry planning layout and resource integration mechanism;(2)Adhere to the road of opening up to the outside world and continue to increase the volume of foreign trade.Adhere to the road of opening up to the outside world,increase foreign trade,expand port cargo throughput,give play to its role in growing the level of economic development,and help realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;(3)All parties actively explore new models to promote the integrated development of the port logistics industry and the financial industry.Consider issuing port logistics enterprise bonds and port enterprise asset securitization to continuously expand financing channels,so as to consolidate its position in the logistics industry and achieve rapid development.
