Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Industrial Space In The Central Urban Area Of Shangluo City

The downtown area of Shangluo City is located in the core of Qinba Mountain in southern Shaanxi.It has rich mineral resources and outstanding economic value,but the resource advantages provide a weak impetus for the development of Shangluo City.In the process of urbanization,the industrial development of the central urban area of Shangluo City shows problems such as low industrial technology level.Its industry and industrial structure need to be transformed and upgraded to adapt to the rapid advancement of urbanization.As a carrier of economic activities,industrial space is closely related to human activities such as industrial structure,economic development model and land use.Therefore,the study of industrial space in the central urban area of Shangluo City is helpful to coordinate the industrial layout of the central urban area,and then to better support the transformation of industry and industrial structure.At present,the industrial type in the downtown area of Shangluo City is mainly heavy industry,and the enterprise scale of the industry is also dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises,which is unfavorable to the ecological environment protection of Shangluo City on the premise of green development.In order to maintain the balance between urban economic development and ecological environment protection,it is an urgent task to optimize the industrial space in the central urban area of Shangluo City and put forward optimization strategies to promote the green and sustainable development of the industry in Shangluo City.First of all,this study combs the industrial development theory,location theory and urban space theory.On this basis,it deeply explores the correlation between urban industrial space and urban space,and then summarizes the types,structure,layout and optimization content of urban industrial space.Secondly,on the basis of the research and judgment of the development of the central urban area of Shangluo City,the evolution process of the industrial space in the central urban area is summarized.It is proposed that the industrial space in the central urban area of Shangluo City has experienced the formation stage,the rapid expansion stage and the high-quality development stage.The industrial composition,industrial spatial structure,industrial spatial layout and industrial spatial form of each stage are analyzed,and the development law of industry and industrial spatial evolution in the central urban area of Shangluo City is summarized,and then the influencing factors of the two are explored.It is concluded that the industrial space in the central urban area of Shangluo has the problems of low concentration of leading industries,uneven distribution of land for service industries,unbalanced development of industrial space,inconvenient transportation links,weak cognition of building interfaces,and unreasonable street space scales.Finally,based on the above problems,this paper constructs the optimization objectives,optimization principles,optimization contents and optimization methods of industry and industrial space in Shangluo central city.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the industry in the central urban area of Shangluo City from three aspects : regional comparison,industrial development orientation and clear industrial structure,and puts forward the optimization strategy of industrial space from four aspects : industrial and spatial suitability,adjustment of industrial spatial structure,improvement of industrial spatial layout and optimization of industrial spatial form,and finally forms the industrial space optimization scheme of the central urban area of Shangluo City.By using qualitative and quantitative methods and interdisciplinary research methods,this paper constructs the methods and schemes of industrial space optimization strategy in Shangluo central city,in order to expand the research on industrial space in Shangluo city,and also provide reference for industrial space planning and construction in Shangluo central city.
