| Better fuel economy and more stringent emissions regulations are driving technological changes in engines and lubricants.The automotive industry requires low viscosity and low volatility base oil to achieve better fuel economy and emission regulation targets.High-end CTL base oil produced by coal-to-oil technology has the advantages of high viscosity index,high flash point,low volatility,excellent cold start characteristics at low temperatures,excellent anti-emulsification properties,sulfur-free,nitrogen-free and aromatic-free.It can replace PAO base oil for the production of low-viscosity high-end lubricants.This thesis analyzed the changes in the physicochemical parameters of CTL/GTL base oil after blending with other base oil,explored the changes in the performance of CTL/GTL base oil after blending with functional additives,obtained complex agent with CTL base oil as the main components,and developed 5W-40 gasoline engine oil based on CTL base oil.The simulation test and operation test of 5W-40 gasoline oil were carried out.The main results are as follows:1)The physicochemical properties of GTL and CTL base oil showed great similarity,but the differences in physicochemical properties were obvious after blending with other base oil,among which the viscosity-temperature characteristics of CTL6# base oil was significantly improved after blending with ester base oil.2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(BHT)antioxidant and Aromatic Amine(L57)antioxidant had good antioxidant synergistic effect after blending.The extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphate(ZDDP)anti-wear agent on CTL6# base oil were significantly improved.The combination of Alkyl Salicylate(T109)with Synthetic Sulfonate(T106D)detergent,Borated Polyisobutylene Butadiimide(T154B)dispersant and Olefin Copolymer(OCP)viscosity index improver can effectively improve the antioxidant and thermal stability of CTL6# base oil.2)Through orthogonal experimental design,the formula of complex agent was determined by range analysis,ANOVA and comprehensive scoring: 17.65% T106 D,7.06% T109,35.29%T154B,0.94% 525,8.94% T203,2.82% L57,2.82% BHT,24.48% CTL6#.The process conditions are temperature 50°C,time 1.5h,CTL6# base oil 15%.According to the test results of 100℃ kinematic viscosity and-30℃ low temperature dynamic viscosity after 5W series engine oil blending,the formula of 5W-40 petrol engine oil was determined as 80.5% CTL6#,3% ester 3970,7.8% viscosity index improver,0.2% pour point depressant,8.5% complex agent,0.001% defoamer,0.05% rust inhibitor.3)Dispersibility simulation test,rust simulation test and deposition simulation test were carried out on the prepared 5W-40 gasoline engine oil.The results showed that the simulation test results of the 5W-40 gasoline engine oil developed with CTL6# base oil as the main component met the standard requirements.The oil samples were tested by a third-party testing institute after the 12,000 km vehicle operation test.The results showed that the 5W-40 oil met the 10,000 km fully synthetic petrol engine oil change standard and performed better than the commercially available Shell fully synthetic API SN 5W-40 petrol engine oil. |
