The quality of a launch barrel determines the tracking performance and storage life of a vehicle.Performance testing of the launch barrel is a prerequisite for reliable operation of the vehicle system and is a necessary part of the production,acceptance,and maintenance processes of the barrel.The semi-automatic transmitter cartridge test equipment currently in use has improved test efficiency compared to traditional manual testing methods,but there is still room for improvement in terms of ease of operation,data accuracy,and data traceability.This project discusses in depth the test method and hardware and software solutions for transmitting cartridge performance testing from the test signal characteristics of the cartridge and determines a solution for the development of test instrument resources with an industrial control computer as the control core.The final design is a fast,accurate,and easy-to-operate comprehensive tester.Compared with traditional semi-automatic test equipment,this tester has been enhanced in performance,greatly improving the testing efficiency and maintenance practicality of the transmitter cartridges.The modular embedded test system circuit is designed to ensure maintainability and replaceability of the hardware circuitry and to significantly reduce the size of the test equipment with regard to the characteristics and flow of each test of the transmitter cartridge.The circuit design principles are explained in relation to the on/insulation test circuit,the start-stop performance test circuit,and the signal command test circuit,which are all involved in the performance test.For non-smooth current measurement,the signal characteristics and common detection methods are analyzed,and suitable measurement circuits and detection algorithms are selected for non-smooth current measurement;for multi-channel on/insulation combination measurement,the characteristics of the test combination points are analyzed,and a relay array control circuit is designed.The selection of instrumentation and devices was completed,laying a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the integrated tester.On the basis of the hardware system,the upper computer software of the integrated tester was developed through the WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation)framework while using multi-threading technology to divide the software into a main multi-threaded structure.The software is divided into five functional modules according to the test requirements,including the communication module,the self-test module,the test acquisition module,the parameter management module,and the report generation module.To address the problem of generating multi-page continuous reports,a quick report generation method based on Word bookmarks was designed to achieve a beautiful and efficient report design.The integration tests of the upper computer software have shown that the software is stable and can perform all software functions.After verification and commissioning of the whole machine,this comprehensive tester achieves the measurement accuracy index of each electrical and non-electrical quantity,completes the automatic testing task of the relevant performance of the transmitter cartridge,and achieves the purpose of improving testing efficiency,guaranteeing data accuracy,safety,and traceability.
