Airport pavement is commonly used to brush,groove texture or brushed groove combined with texture to improve its slip resistance,but the brushed texture depth is shallow,wear fast,and easy to be covered by adhesive,so that the slip resistance of the pavement decreases rapidly.The next generation concrete surface(NGCS)developed abroad has great advantages over other textures in terms of slip resistance,wear resistance and pavement repair,but it has not been applied in China.In order to solve this problem,NGCS texture was applied to airport pavement to improve its slip resistance.NGCS texture is a combination of grooved texture and diamond grinding texture,and diamond grinding texture is generally processed first and then grooved texture when processing.Firstly,a three-dimensional finite element model of tire and pavement is established,and the influence of groove depth,groove width and groove spacing on friction when 3~8mm,3~8mm and 15~40mm change of groove texture is simulated and analyzed,and the influence of depth,width and net spacing of diamond grinding texture on friction force when it changes 1~2mm,2~4mm and 1.5~3.5mm is analyzed.Subsequently,a two-dimensional finite element model of blade orthogonal cutting cement concrete was established in ABAQUS,and the influence of the three parameters of feed speed,speed and cutting depth during the cutting process of cement concrete was simulated and analyzed at 0.6~4.8m/min,60~2000r/min and 2~10mm respectively,and the coupling effect between the three.Finally,the actual airport cement concrete pavement construction is simulated,and the NGCS texture,grooved texture and diamond grinding texture are processed on the specimens produced by different cutting parameters,and the influence of cutting parameters on the texture construction effect is obtained.The BPN values(pendulum values of pendulum friction meters)of three textures under the same texture parameters were measured and compared.The results show that the combined NGCS texture has good slip resistance when the depth of diamond grinding texture is 2mm,the width is 3mm,the net spacing is 2.5mm,the groove depth is 6mm,the groove width is 6mm,and the groove spacing is 20 mm,the NGCS texture processed when the feed speed is 2.7m/min,the speed is 600r/min,the feed speed of grooved texture construction is 3.3m/min,and the NGCS texture processed at 840r/min is better.Compared with the slip resistance of the pavement of the three textures,it was found that when the texture direction was horizontal and the parameters were the same,the NGCS texture was6.2% and 11.3% higher than the grooved texture and the diamond ground texture,respectively.The conclusion confirms that NGCS texture can improve the slip resistance of airport pavement,and provides a theoretical basis for the use of NGCS texture for airport pavement.
