As the main mode of modern shipbuilding,subsection construction occupies more than one third of the ship construction cycle.Mould bed is the most common and important equipment in the process of ship subsection construction,its main function is to support the ship subsection and control the deformation of the ship subsection.However,in the existing intelligent mould bed design process,the design work of each stage of the intelligent mould bed is independent from each other,the design cooperation is difficult and the rework is much,which leads to the intelligent mould bed design cycle is long,the efficiency is low and the research and development cost is high.Meanwhile,due to the complex working environment of the ship subsection construction site,the existing intelligent mould bed monitoring mode is single and the real-time performance is poor,which cannot realize the visual monitoring of the running state and real-time data of the intelligent mould bed.Therefore,to realize intelligent manufacturing of ship,it is necessary to improve the intelligent level of the existing mould bed.With the development of the intelligent manufacturing,the theory and application of digital twin are constantly improved,which provides a new idea for solving the problems related to intelligent mould bed in the process of ship subsection construction.Based on the above background,with the goal of realizing the digital and intelligent upgrade of intelligent mould bed,the digital twin technology is introduced into the design and operation of intelligent mould bed,and a design and operation method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin is studied.The design method of intelligent mould bed based on digital twin,the 3D visual monitoring method of intelligent mould bed based on digital twin,the adaptive control method of intelligent mould bed and the verification of the design and operation method of intelligent mould bed based on digital twin are emphatically discussed.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The overall framework of marine intelligent mould bed design and operation based on digital twin is designed.Firstly,in view of the problems of low design efficiency,difficulty in visual monitoring and high maintenance cost of the intelligent mould bed,the design and operation requirements of the intelligent mould bed are analyzed,including the design process analysis of the intelligent mould bed and the functional requirements analysis of the intelligent mould bed operation.Secondly,the overall framework of marine intelligent mould bed design and operation based on digital twin is designed,and the composition and working process of each level are fully analyzed.Finally,the technical advantages of the design and operation method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin are summarized.(2)The design method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin is studied.First of all,in the design stage of the intelligent mould bed scheme,the working principle scheme of the functional structure of the intelligent mould bed is conceived according to the design requirements,and the functional model of the intelligent mould bed is established through the functional decomposition method.Secondly,based on the functional model,the detailed design work of the intelligent mould bed is carried out in parallel,and the digital twin model and automatic control program of the intelligent mould bed are obtained.Then,based on the automatic control program,the virtual operation of the digital twin model of the intelligent mould bed is driven to realize the interdisciplinary collaborative verification of the mechanical,electrical and automatic design of the intelligent mould bed.Finally,according to the verification results,the mechanical structure or control program of the intelligent mould bed is constantly improved and optimized,and a reliable intelligent mould bed design scheme and virtual model are provided for the operation and maintenance of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin.(3)The operation method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin is studied.Firstly,a 3D visual monitoring method of the intelligent mould bed based on digital twin is proposed,and its three key technologies: virtual scene construction,real-time data integration and management and virtual-real mapping are studied.On this basis,in order to control ship subsection deformation and realize dynamic joint control of intelligent mould bed,an adaptive control method of intelligent mould bed based on genetic algorithm and fuzzy PID is proposed.The membership function and fuzzy control rules of the fuzzy PID controller are optimized by genetic algorithm to realize the optimization and adjustment of the fuzzy PID control parameters,and then the adjustment precision of the intelligent mould bed support height is improved to achieve the purpose of better control of the deformation of the ship subsection.(4)The design and operation method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin is verified.First of all,the mechanical and electrical design of the intelligent mould bed are carried out based on NX MCD,and the PLC control program of the intelligent mould bed is developed based on the software GX Works.The virtual operation of the intelligent mould bed digital twin model in NX MCD is driven by the PLC control program,the operation results meet the preconceived state,and then the feasibility of the intelligent mould bed design method based on digital twin is verified.Secondly,the fuzzy PID control algorithm optimized by the genetic algorithm is verified by MATLAB/Simulink module.The verification results show that the fuzzy PID control optimized by the genetic algorithm has no overshoot phenomenon,and the stability is good.Finally,based on the virtual reality engine Unity3 D,integrated My SQL,MATLAB,Visual Studio 2005 and other software to jointly develop the 3D visual control system of intelligent mould bed based on digital twin,verifying the practicality of the operation method of marine intelligent mould bed based on digital twin.
