| With the development of computer aided 3D modeling software,ship interior production design has become an important research direction of ship design.The intelligent and rapid modeling of ship interior production and modeling can improve the efficiency and accuracy of ship design,which is of great practical significance to accelerate the progress of shipbuilding and enhance the overall competitiveness of shipbuilding industry.Aveva Marine(AM)software is one of the 3D ship Design software widely used in the world.The module of AM outfitting production Design is Outfiting module,which has very powerful functions.Under the environment of its sub-modules,Room Design and Structure,interior designers can carry out wallboard modeling,deck covering,ceiling modeling,insulation laying,etc.However,due to the limitations of AM software itself,it is impossible to cover all aspects.Although the modeling function can be completed,the operation is very cumbersome,the workload is great,the design cycle is long,and the efficiency is low,so there are many places to be improved.In this thesis,the modeling of panels,deck dressings,ceilings and insulation in the production and design of ship interior decoration in AM is taken as the research object.The secondary development of AM is targeted,and the auxiliary design system of interior decoration is developed to improve the efficiency of modeling.The main research work is as follows:(1)Based on the modeling method of AM native function,the modeling problems of siding,deck dressings,ceiling and insulation in AM are analyzed.(2)From the two aspects of the system’s functional requirements and performance requirements,the demand analysis of the interior auxiliary design system is carried out to determine the development environment of the system.According to the demand analysis,the overall design of the ship interior auxiliary design system is carried out.The system is divided into wall modeling module,deck dressing modeling module,ceiling modeling module,plane insulation modeling module,curved insulation modeling module and profile insulation modeling module.(3)Based on the Oufitting module of AM 3D design software as the platform,data extraction in AM secondary development and PML development method were used to develop the ship interior auxiliary design system,which broke through the bottleneck problem of interior modeling.(4)Twenty blocks of the 7500 CBM LNG filling shipboard were used as test objects,the feasibility of rapid internal assembly modeling method was verified by comparing the modeling between AM native modeling and internal assembly aided design system. |
