| When the core parts of machinery(such as aircraft engines,bearings,gears,etc.)operate,the metal impurities worn out of iron cutting are often mixed in the lubricating oil,accompanied by the continuous flow of oil further aggravates the burden of mechanical equipment.Therefore,the on-line detection and timely warning of the core parts of machinery are very important.At present,the online abrasive detection technology of mechanical core components presents different problems,such as low sensitivity of metal abrasive real-time online detection sensor,weak ability of abrasive signal acquisition,low precision of abrasive classification and recognition.In order to solve these problems,this paper based on the multi-coil electromagnetic on-line detection technology of metal abrasive particles in mechanical equipment oil detection and research.First of all,in view of the low sensitivity of the sensor for online detection of the mechanical core components,this paper takes the metal abrasive particles from the mechanical equipment as the starting point,based on the electromagnetic characteristics of the metal abrasive particles in the oil,designs a micro-abrasive detection sensor based on the multi-coil electromagnetic,and establishes the mathematical model of the sensor.Based on COMSOL finite element simulation software,the parameters that affect sensor sensitivity are simulated and analyzed,and the relationship between sensor sensitivity and sensor parameters is obtained.Then,based on the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm,the structural parameters of the sensor are optimized to determine the optimal parameters,which completes the design of the sensor and improves its detection sensitivity.Secondly,aiming at the problem of weak acquisition ability of abrasive signals,a detection circuit with low noise amplification and non-distortion extraction of abrasive electromagnetic induction signals is designed according to the original induction signal characteristics of abrasive particles extracted by the sensor,including amplification,filtering,conditioning and other parts,so as to effectively acquire the characteristic information of wear particles between mechanical parts.At the same time,in order to observe the information of abrasive particles in oil more conveniently and intuitively,a set of upper computer monitoring software is written and developed based on PYQT5,so that the number,size,type and growth rate of abrasive particles can be displayed intuitively,so as to facilitate the observation and analysis of the running state of mechanical equipment.Finally,a systematic experimental research platform was built,and an online detection system for oil metal abrasive particles based on electromagnetic induction was formed.The abrasive monitoring experiments of iron and copper under different wear conditions were carried out.The system is verified by different kinds and sizes of metal particles.Ultimately,the system can realize the effective detection of ferromagnetic metal particles over 50μm and non-ferromagnetic metal particles(copper)over 200μm.At the same time,the recognition accuracy of copper particles is more than 80%,and that of iron particles is more than 90%. |
