Under the current environment of electricity market reform,with the formation of multi-agent pattern between buyers and sellers in electricity market and the increasingly serious power quality pollution in modern power grid,aiming at the emerging differentiated optimal power supply quality demands of group users and the development trend of high-quality power parks,Providing differentiated power quality services for users is an efficient channel for power suppliers to innovate their own new operation mode and improve quality and efficiency.Taking group users as the main service object,this paper proposes a power supply decision-making method with differentiated optimal power quality for group users based on the optimal power supply quality.First,different characteristics of power supply and power consumption based on differentiated power quality are studied.The calculation process and consequences of sustainable power quality indexes in various typical periods are analyzed,differentiated power quality demand characteristics of sensitive users are studied,feature extraction and pattern representation of power quality time series of typical users are carried out,and then the characteristics of users’ economic costs are analyzed.Finally,the construction process of total revenue model based on differentiated power supply quality is studied.Secondly,the power supply decision-making methods of various individual users with different power quality within the group are studied.Starting from the establishment of different network loss models of individual users,the recursive least squares parameter identification method based on forgetting factor is used to identify and modify the network loss models.A random simulation process of power quality time series based on Markov chain is constructed,and a control process of power quality exceeding limits based on distributed consistency algorithm is proposed.A differentiated electricity cost model for various individual users is established considering all kinds of differentiated network loss models mentioned above.At the same time,the NPV economic cost evaluation method is used to evaluate and express the net present value.Finally,a simulation example is used to verify that the proposed method is effectively applicable to the power supply decision of various individual users on differentiated power quality.Finally,the power supply decision-making method of differentiated optimal power quality for group users is studied.Based on the correlation analysis of various individual users within the group at the Point of Common Coupling,the weight of subjective and objective aggregation was established,and the differentiated electricity consumption aggregation model and network loss aggregation model of the group users were constructed.Based on Taguchi cost evaluation modeling method,differentiated power supply cost model and constraint of power supplier are established.After that,the solution process and necessity constraints of differentiated optimal power quality for group users,including both power suppliers and consumers,are studied.Finally,the simulation results show that the power supply decision-making method has a good optimization and improvement effect on all kinds of economic cost indexes and power quality indexes of both sides of power supply and consumption,and has a great reduction effect on the network loss of the group user system.
