| In the opening electricity retail market,power grid enterprises are facing the challenge that new power sellers may divide the market share.In order to cope with the competitive pressure on the electricity sales side,power grid enterprises must use their own advantages and seize market opportunities in order to improve market competitiveness.The differentiated power quality needs of highly permeable,decentralized and sensitive users belong to the business of premium power value-added services,which is a good opportunity for power grid enterprises to demonstrate their competitive advantages.With complete power transmission and distribution networks,strong technical support,power grid enterprises can achieve overall and coordinated power quality management,and have real-time power quality monitoring conditions,which is conducive to the development of differentiated power supply services for sensitive users.To this end,this article takes power grid enterprises as the main agent of power supply to study the differentiated power quality purchase-sale strategy.Firstly,the soft set theory is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of power quality,which can deal with a variety of uncertain problems.In view of the deficiency that the single time monitoring data can not fully represent the power quality level of the measuring point in the current power quality evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality based on time-series and interval-valued fuzzy soft set is proposed.The comprehensive evaluation index of power quality is given,the normalized method of interval value index is put forward,the combined weighting model composed of G1 method and entropy weight method is established to assign weights to each index,and the comprehensive evaluation model of power quality based on time-series and interval-value fuzzy soft set is constructed.The calculation example analysis is carried out to lay a foundation for the power purchase-sale strategy of differentiated power quality.Secondly,this article takes power grid enterprises as the main agent of power supply to study the differentiated power quality purchase-sale strategy.The power supply mode of cluster user partition and classification for multi-sensitive users distribution network is proposed,the framework of stackelberg game between power grid enterprises and cluster users are built,the profit model of power grid enterprises considering governance recovery rate and the user’s game model considering power quality sensitivity are constructed.The idea and process of solving based on a bi-level particle swarm are given,and the existence of Nash equilibrium solution is proved,and a numerical example is analyzed.Finally,considering the risk of power supply quality fluctuation of power grid enterprises,the differentiated power quality purchase-sele strategies based on power quality risk are studied.This paper expounds the basic concepts of power quality risk,the principle of compensation for the risk loss of cluster users is proposed,and compensation price is introduced to compensate cluster users,the profit model of power grid enterprises considering power quality risk and the cost optimization model of cluster users selecting different quality levels of power are constructed,and a numerical example is analyzed. |
