In recent years,steel structure systems that are easy to assemble and construct have been further promoted,and super large steel beams,steel columns,and specialshaped components have been widely used.Compared to ordinary components,the quality control of oversized and irregular steel components faces more complex problems.With the transformation of steel structure construction technology towards intelligence and informatization,it is particularly important to accelerate the research and integration of information technology,intelligence technology,and quality control theory to form a quality control mode under the new background of intelligent construction,and to identify,respond,control,and evaluate quality risks more quickly.Firstly,the 4M1 E analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors of steel structure quality control.Literature research and enterprise quality problem library are used to summarize the influencing factors of large-scale steel structure quality control.Through questionnaire surveys and open-ended interview analysis,the importance of quality control influence is ranked.Second,design the quality control mode of large-scale steel structural engineering under the background of intelligent construction,mainly including the design of quality control framework,quality control organization,quality control,quality information sharing,and quality assessment methods.It clarifies the requirements for the establishment and organizational division of quality control teams in intelligent construction teams.In the production quality control process,a digital detection method for the geometric dimensions of steel components using BIM+3D laser scanning has been established;Utilize point cloud models for virtual pre assembly,grasp installation quality deviations in advance,and take pre control measures to ensure installation quality;A digital dynamic and precise measurement control method has been established in the construction and installation process.Thirdly,apply the quality control mode of large-scale steel structures under the background of intelligent construction to a key project,and use the point cloud of special-shaped columns and BIM models to conduct appearance size detection in Geomagic software;Using Real Works for virtual pre assembly to predict the quality of installation positioning;Utilize GNSS and automatic measurement robots to establish a high-precision local control network,and use automatic measurement robots to achieve less manual operations to ensure installation and positioning quality;Finally,using WPS and Wish 3D.Earth cloud platform,quality information can be entered and shared.The application of quality control mode in the context of intelligent construction has improved the method of detecting the geometric dimensions of large irregular components;Virtual assembly achieves visual simulation and optimization of technical solutions,ensuring the quality of multi node port docking;Quality information sharing facilitates the rapid collection and accurate transmission of quality control information,and acceptance quality evaluation ensures the qualified delivery of engineering entities.This quality control mode can be directly applied to the quality control practice of large-scale steel structures in the context of intelligent construction,and can also provide reference and reference for quality control of similar engineering projects.
