Rolling bearing is a key part of motion conversion,widely used in industrial equipment.Because rolling bearings often bear the influence of vibration,shock,temperature change,foreign body intrusion and other factors in the work,it has become one of the main fault sources of mechanical equipment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to carry out fatigue life analysis of rolling bearing.In this thesis,the principle of damage mechanics is combined with the actual failure mechanism of rolling bearings,and the fatigue model of rolling bearings is constructed by introducing damage,and the life prediction of ER-16 T bearings is realized.This method has more advantages.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The three-dimensional finite element model of ER-16 T bearing was established,and the models under several working conditions were simulated,and the contact stress nephogram was obtained.The Hertz contact theory was used to solve the contact stress of ER-16 T bearing,and the effectiveness of the established threedimensional model was verified.The stress in the contact area is analyzed in detail and the failure mechanism of the rolling bearing is verified.(2)On the basis of elasticity and plastic mechanics,combined with the principle of damage mechanics,the fatigue model of rolling bearing with damage was established.According to the torsion S-N curve of bearing steel,some parameters of fatigue model of rolling bearing are determined.The simplified two-dimensional model was used to simulate life prediction.Combined with the torsional S-N curve of52100 steel,the effectiveness of the fatigue model of rolling bearings introduced with damage was verified.(3)The effects of different radial loads,different speeds and different friction coefficients on the fatigue life of ER-16 T bearings were analyzed.And how long it takes to go from minor failure sizes to severe failure.(4)The accelerated life test of the ER-16 T bearing was carried out,and the spalling position of the bearing verified the correctness of the stress simulation nephogram.The test fatigue life was compared with the simulation fatigue life,which verified the accuracy of the simulation results in this thesis.
