As one of the key friction pairs of the axial piston pump,the port plate pair needs to ensure a good seal to improve the pump volume efficiency,and at the same time ensure that the friction resistance between the two ends is small and the friction loss is small,so as to improve the mechanical efficiency and service life of the pump.On the basis of optimizing the matching materials of the port plate pair,this article uses fluorosilane to modify the surface of the samples,and uses theoretical analysis combined with contact angle testing to study the surface wettability of the samples,and uses friction tests to study its friction and wear characteristics.This article provides an experimental basis for regulating the surface wettability of the port plate pair in axial piston pumps to improve the friction and wear performance of the port plate pair under different operating conditions.The main research content of this article includes the following aspects:(1)Using the solid-liquid contact angle as an index to characterize the surface wetting performance,to explore the influence of low surface energy modification on the surface wetting performance of the port plate pair,the effect of droplet type on the apparent contact angle of the samples,and the law of the solid-liquid contact angle changing with time.(2)Referring to the structure parameters of the port plate pair of a certain model of axial piston pump to simulate the structure of the actual port plate pair,design the upper sample with duplex stainless steel SAF2507 as the cylinder liner material and the lower sample with CFRPEEK as the port plate material.The friction and wear tests under natural seawater lubrication were carried out on the standard MMD-5A friction and wear testing machine.The friction coefficients and seawater temperatures collected from the tests were analyzed,the surface wear morphology of the wear samples was observed.The friction and wear characteristics of the port plate pairs under different wetting combinations under seawater lubrication were explored.(3)The friction and wear tests under the condition of hydraulic oil lubrication were carried out on the friction and wear testing machine.The friction coefficient and oil temperature collected from the tests were analyzed,and the surface wear morphology and wear depth of the samples after the tests were observed.The friction and wear characteristics of the port plate pairs with different wetting combinations under the condition of hydraulic oil lubrication were explored.(4)Based on the previous friction and wear test results,the friction and wear tests in different lubricating media at low speed were carried out on the friction and wear test machine.The friction coefficients and temperature of the lubricating media collected from the test were analyzed,the wear morphology and wear depth of the port plate pairs were observed.The friction and wear characteristics of different wetting combinations of the port plate pairs in different lubricating media at low speed were explored.
