In different stages of the development of China’s transportation industry,railway transportation has always been an indispensable mode of transportation.At present,high-speed railway has occupied a large proportion in railway transportation.In order to ensure the efficiency and comfort of its passenger service,more and more train-set and crews are continuously put into the high-speed railway transportation system.The rational use of train-set and the reasonable arrangement of crew work are related to the improvement of passenger transportation efficiency,the reduction of transportation cost and the full utilization of railway resources.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of high-speed railway train-set and crew scheduling.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The optimization model of the train-set operation is established.On the basis of analyzing the operation process of the train-set,considering the constraints of space-time connection and uniqueness of operation line connection,an optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total connection time of operation line is established.Applying the model to the BJN-TJ example,it can be seen that when the total connection time of the running line is the smallest,the connection scheme with the least number of train-sets but not the only one can be obtained,and the connection scheme is further screened based on the balance of the train-set intersection section,and the train-set operation scheme with the least number of train-sets and high balance is obtained.(2)The optimization model of crew scheduling is established.By analyzing the process of crew scheduling,two methods for reasonably arranging crew are obtained.One is to reduce the number of crew routing sections.By comprehensively considering the constraints of time and space connection of crew sections and crew rules,an optimization model of crew routing with the minimum total connection time of crew segment is established.The second is to reduce the crew scheduling cycle.By comprehensively considering the constraints such as the uniqueness of crew routing and crew rest time,a crew duty optimization model with the minimum total crew routing time is established.The model is applied to the BJN-TJ example.By analyzing the crew schedul under different crew connection time standards(15 min,20 min),it is concluded that the crew schedul is more reasonable when the crew connection time is 20 min,that is,54 running lines require 15 crew groups.(3)Matching the optimization scheme of the train-set and crew.The overall cycle period of crew and train-set is clarified.In the BJN-TJ example,the train-set and crew groups under the cycle period(15 d)are matched.Through the analysis of the matching results,it can be seen that the number of crew groups required per day is consistent with the total number of crew routing days.Therefore,there are two methods to reduce the number of crew groups in the optimization stage of crew routing plan,which are to reduce the total number of crew routing sections and reduce the total number of crew routing days.
