| The port of Huanghua is the main source of a large amount of iron ore needed by large iron and steel enterprises in Handan and Xingtai areas,the main modes of transportation are railway and road,but both have advantages and disadvantages.Compared with road,the competitiveness of railway transportation is very important for enterprises to choose transportation mode,this thesis studies the competitiveness of railway transportation in Hanhuang-Hexing-Corridor can help enterprises to choose the optimal transportation plan quickly and accurately with different iron ore weights under different circumstances,so as to save a lot of transportation costs for enterprises.Firstly,this thesis sorts out and summarizes the researches of domestic and foreign scholars on freight rate,timeliness and safety,carbon emission of railway and road freight transportation,analyzes the current pricing method of freight rate,the connotation of timeliness,carbon emission and carbon emission cost calculation method of railway and road freight transportation,points out the problems which are less involved in the present research.Analyzes the bulk freight market of railway and road,constructs the freight calculation model of railway and road transportation,including direct transportation cost model,indirect transportation cost model and total transportation cost model,the indirect transportation cost model includes prescription cost model,safety cost model and carbon emission cost model.Secondly,through the investigation results of four large iron and steel enterprises,Delong Iron and Steel Limited Company,Handan Iron and Steel Group Limited Company,Hebei Xin Wuan Iron and Steel Group,Hebei Xinjin Iron and Steel Limited Company,various parameters in the constructed model are calibrated,all survey data are substituted into the model and all freight cost models are simplified,the direct freight cost,prescription cost,safety cost,carbon emission cost and carbon emission amount of four iron and steel enterprises choosing railway freight transportation and road freight transportation are calculated respectively.Finally,this thesis analyzes the direct transportation cost,prescription cost,safety cost,carbon emission cost and carbon emission of daily iron ore transportation by railway and road for four iron and steel enterprises,the results show that railway transportation has advantages in direct transportation cost,safety cost,carbon emission cost and carbon emission,while road transportation has advantage in only one aspect of prescription cost.On the comparison of the comprehensive cost,this thesis discusses four cases of railway and road are on time,railway is on time and road is not on time,railway is not on time and road is on time,railway and road are not on time and five cases of the arrival time is strictly limited,it is considered that railway transportation has stronger competitiveness under the situation of on time and road transportation has stronger competitiveness under the situation of the arrival time is strictly limited,the other cases depend on the conversion coefficient of railway and road freight transportation prescription cost into direct transportation cost and the conversion coefficient of carbon emission cost into direct transportation cost,and the value range is given. |
