The rapid development of economy has promoted the rapid construction of highspeed railway in China.The traditional professional maintenance mode can no longer meet the needs of high-speed railway equipment maintenance,so it is necessary to study the theory and application of comprehensive maintenance mode.Based on the traditional professional maintenance mode,this study analyzes and discusses the theory and method of comprehensive maintenance plan preparation.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Analyzing the characteristics of management mode,management organization structure,main operations of skylight,collaborative operations and conflict forms in the professional maintenance of high-speed railroad,based on the concept of "integrated maintenance worker" proposed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2020,the thesis discusses the application of integrated maintenance management mode,organization structure design,integrated maintenance Based on the concept of "integrated maintenance worker" proposed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2020,the theory of integrated maintenance is analyzed from four perspectives: application of integrated maintenance management model,organizational structure design,influencing factors of integrated maintenance planning,and determination of integrated maintenance window hours.(2)Using the data information of the existing professional management systems of engineering,electrical and power supply of high-speed railway and the results of maintenance forecasting in the professional maintenance mode as prerequisites,the multi-type maintenance tasks of each professional were sorted and classified into the form of maintenance tasks in the integrated maintenance mode.With the total maintenance cost as the objective function,the time window penalty function was constructed according to the error between the actual scheduled maintenance date and the best maintenance date,and the integrated maintenance planning model based on the state time window was established with the skylight time and the maintenance team walking path as the constraints.(3)Based on the standard genetic algorithm and variable neighborhood algorithm,a genetic variable neighborhood search algorithm based on population diversity was designed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,30 cases were randomly generated in the regional high-speed railroad network for verification.By comparing the results and various indexes of the standard genetic algorithm,the variable neighborhood search algorithm and the improved genetic variable neighborhood algorithm under the same case data,the effectiveness and rationality of the improved algorithm were verified,and it was concluded that the improved algorithm was better than the other two algorithms.(4)Based on the integrated maintenance planning model,the overall structure,C/S and B/S hybrid architecture,database structure,data tables and functions of the system are analyzed and designed in detail for the functional and data requirements of the integrated maintenance management system and the business process model under the integrated maintenance model.
