| China’s high-speed railway is in the stage of rapid development,with the goal of meeting the growing demand for passenger transport,and the running speed and driving density of trains are constantly improving.However,these efforts have been disrupted by many uncontrollable factors,such as natural disasters,public health emergencies,equipment failures,human factors,etc.These factors can lead to negative consequences such as train delays,accidents,losses,etc.Therefore,how to ensure the safe,punctual and efficient operation of high-speed railway has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.This paper aims to solve the problem of how to ensure the safety,punctuality,and efficient operation of high-speed railway trains when they are disrupted by sudden infectious epidemics.In view of this problem,this paper mainly studies from the following four aspects.(1)This paper analyzes the elements of high-speed railway train operation diagram and EMU operation plan.Through a detailed analysis of the high-speed train operation diagram and the elements of the EMU operation plan,including factors such as additional start and stop time,section operation time,stop time,comprehensive maintenance skylights,etc.methods and maintenance plans,and understand the operating rules and operating characteristics of highspeed rail trains.In addition,the impact of sudden infectious epidemics on train operation is also considered,laying the foundation for follow-up research.(2)This paper analyzes the coupling relationship between the high-speed railway operation diagram and the EMU operation plan,and specifically analyzes the impact of sudden infectious epidemics on the high-speed railway train operation diagram and EMU operation plan.Aiming at the impact of sudden infectious epidemic on train operation,this paper analyzes factors such as stop time,stop plan,passenger flow isolation,etc.,and provides a basis for the integrated preparation of high-speed railway operation diagram and EMU operation plan under subsequent outbreaks.corresponding theoretical basis.(3)This paper proposes an integrated compilation model of high-speed railway train diagram and EMU operation plan under sudden infectious epidemic situation.The model takes into account the factors affecting the sudden infectious epidemic,and incorporates it into the train operation diagram and EMU operation plan to optimize train operation in an integrated manner,improve train operation efficiency and increase passenger flow isolation to reduce the spread of the epidemic,and The effectiveness of the model is verified by a small example.(4)This paper uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to design the integrated model solving algorithm,and verifies the practicability of the model by solving small calculation examples.Taking the large-scale data of the Beijing-Hohhot high-speed railway as an actual case,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted The algorithm,assuming that there is a sudden infectious epidemic in the area of the high-speed train operation section,can efficiently generate train diagrams and EMU operation plans,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm. |
