In resent years,with the rapid development of the urbanization also produce a series of environmental problems,among others,the quality of the residential water environment has a direct influence on people’s lives,the construction of urban overall living environment comfort is not to be underestimated.A large number of practical cases in China have proved that the construction of sponge city can improve the residential water environment,under the guidance of the policy,various cities are also vigorously promoting the construction of sponge cities.This paper analyzes the research background of sponge city,it is found that there are few studies on sponge city design in China from the perspective of management,and sponge city design standards in different cities cannot be unified,so more cases are still needed which can promote the development of sponge city.This paper takes the design of sponge city project of Z new residential area as the research object.In sponge design scheme selection for the study of the key points,combining with the sponge city scheme design phase of the technical requirements,from the angle of management of different design scheme comparison,and the selection of schemes for validation and optimization.First of all,take the project Z for example,the design objectives of the project are determined according to the standards,the current situation of the underlying surface,vertical,drainage,runoff direction and underground space scope of the project are analyzed successively,on this basis,combined with the actual situation of the project,different sponge facilities are selected as alternative facilities in the scheme design,it resulted in three different designs,the target achievement rate of different schemes was calculated.By comparing the calculated index and the target,it is concluded that all schemes can be used as alternatives.Secondly,from the perspective of management,the three schemes that also meet the design objectives are compared and studied.The value engineering method is mainly used to analyze and compare them.In the process of scheme selection,five first-level functional evaluation indexes are established,including the achievement rate of design objectives,landscape effect,construction feasibility,construction period and facility maintenance.The 16 secondary function and through the literature analysis method to select the evaluation index,calculated using analytic hierarchy process to weight function,using the weighted after the expert evaluation method to calculate the index function,through the calculation of cost of different scheme,it is concluded that different schemes of cost index,carries on the comparison to the value of different scheme,the second option was chosen,which has high value coefficient.Finally,the SWMM model is established to verify and optimize,using the Chicago rain will be 3years return period,120 mins rainfall course load in the model,it is concluded that the ideal state of the results of water quality and quantity of the heavy rains model,through the analysis of design can be seen that basic can meet the design intent,but smaller pipe diameter setting,caused part section overload,modify the pipe diameter,pipe model simulation results are good,the purpose of optimization and verification is achieved.Through the analysis of Z sponge transformation design project,the combination of engineering technical measures and management technology can alleviate some water security problems in urban residential areas,and a set of sponge city design scheme comparison and optimization mode is obtained,which can provide reference for other similar projects.
