| Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province has a long history and culture.The traditional narrow courtyard houses in Guanzhong have profound historical background and distinct cultural characteristics like this land.The unique regional cultural characteristics of traditional folk houses in Guanzhong area have also become the source of inspiration for many regional architecture creations.However,the large number of rural dwellings in Guanzhong area,the source of this source,cannot keep up with the pace of The Times,exposing many problems to be solved urgently.The reform and opening up and the subsequent large-scale urbanization process have brought about great changes in the countryside of Guanzhong.This change is reflected in the appearance of a large number of low-rise rural self-built dwellings with brick and timber structure.Accompanied by the construction boom of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong,a series of problems make the construction of rural residential buildings around Guanzhong show strong blindness,autonomy and disorder,and the long-term accumulated construction wisdom and essence of traditional residential buildings in Guanzhong area gradually disappear.Among the existing researches,there is no shortage of relevant researches on the status quo and performance optimization of Guanzhong residential buildings.However,these researches often only provide idealized solutions and design strategies,and relevant researches are often only reflected on paper,which is of little help to improve the status quo of Guanzhong rural residential buildings.Therefore,this paper takes the design and construction of the red brick house in Ezi Village of Xianyang as an example.Through the whole engineering record of the red brick house in Ezi Village of Xianyang from research,design and construction to use and summary,the paper focuses on the design and construction problems of rural residential houses in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province in the process of rural revitalization.Taking full account of the actual economic conditions and technical level of villages in Guanzhong area,the paper will solve the difficulties encountered in the construction of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong area and record them in detail,hoping to play a certain role in demonstrating and guiding the construction of rural residential buildings in large quantities and extensive areas in Guanzhong area.Taking this as an example,the research on the path and model is carried out.The paper firstly sorts out the problems of the residential buildings in Guanzhong area,summarizes and points out the problems existing in the rural residential buildings in Guanzhong,and concludes the construction scheme and key points of design.Then,the scheme design process of the red brick house in Ezi Village of Xianyang was recorded,the practical construction technology and scheme was provided based on the villagers’ needs and economic conditions,and the local actual construction level was considered,and the construction process was recorded in detail in the whole process of residential construction.Finally,the experience in the design and construction process is summarized,the cost and expenses of the whole project are analyzed,the future development direction of rural residential buildings is sought,and the innovative cooperation mode between architects,rural construction teams and rural owners is explored,so as to cultivate qualified craftsmen in the construction of rural residential buildings.The practical effect of the project is tracked and summarized after the use of residential buildings,and the experience is summarized to further achieve the demonstration effect of driving and leading the construction of new rural residential buildings in this region.The whole project report,through detailed research and record summary of the whole process of theoretical research,scheme design,construction and tracking and summary before the construction of Ezi village red brick house project,provides a practical,universal and easy to imitate and learn "rural residential construction instruction" for the construction of rural residential buildings in Guanzhong.It is hoped that it can cooperate with the national rural revitalization strategy to solve the problems of regional cultural inheritance and construction quality improvement in the design of new residential buildings in rural areas of Guanzhong to a certain extent. |
