Study On The Rural Landscape Renewal Design In The Construction Control Zone Of Great Sites

Although the protection of large sites in China has been developing continuously in recent years,some villages located in the site construction control zone have failed to link with sites due to the contradiction between their own development and site protection,backward infrastructure and single industrial structure,and their development is lagging behind.The 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy,and the 20 th CPC National Congress further put forward the relevant content of "comprehensively promoting rural revitalization",bringing development opportunities to these villages.In this context,the local government of Qujialing Administration District of Jingmen City,Hubei Province emphasizes and attaches importance to the rural revitalization within the control zone of Qujialing site construction.Therefore,the main research question of this thesis is how to coordinate the contradiction between the protection of large sites and the rural development of the construction control zone through the improvement and renewal of rural landscape,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the protection of large sites and rural revitalization.First of all,by clarifying the concepts of large sites,construction control zones,rural landscape renewal,sorting out relevant research status and summarizing reference case experience,it identifies the universal connections between large sites and villages in the construction control zones in terms of spatial environment,social economy,history and culture.Secondly,through the introduction of symbiosis theory,combined with the overall site protection,"rural community","rural complex",contextualism and other concepts,the coupling of symbiosis theory and the research problem of this thesis is discussed.On this basis,the rural symbiosis system of the large site construction control zone is constructed,including the overall regional symbiosis at the macro level,the "site-village" symbiosis at the meso level,and the rural spatial environment,social industry and historical culture symbiosis at the micro level,and the rural landscape renewal design principles of the large site construction control zone are proposed.Furthermore,the thesis analyzes the development background and current situation of Quling Village,an administrative village in the control zone of Qujialing site construction,and puts forward specific renewal strategies from three aspects: spatial environment,social economy and history and culture.Finally,Wangqiao area,a natural village under the jurisdiction of Quling Village,is selected as the practice object of landscape renewal design,and the overall landscape structure of "two axes,one district and two centers" is focused on building,and the special design of public space landscape,agricultural landscape,ecological restoration and greening is carried out.In terms of space environment,Wangqiao area becomes a suburban leisure village with good ecology and both rural natural and historical cultural landscape.In terms of function industry,Wangqiao area becomes a livable leisure block integrating folk custom leisure,site research and practice,cultural experience and sales of featured products,as well as a new village integrating local culture with large site history and culture.
