| With the sustained and rapid growt,transportation industry is becoming more and more important in national economic life.In recent years,due to the continuous emergence of overloaded vehicles and the increase of traffic flow,as well as the lack of consideration,the disease of service highway bridges is on the rise.At present,there are different degrees of diseases for more and more continuous rigid bridge,there are two main diseases,one is the large deflection in the middle of the span,the other is the serious cracking of the beam,which plays a significant role in the suppression of the mid-span torsion,the improvement of the pivot point of the main beam and the stress in the span..It is urgent to evaluate the influence of the disease and carry out the corresponding.,reduce the project cost and save funds,the reinforcement and transformation of the existing diseased bridges will continue for a long time.In this paper,on the basis of consulting,based on the reinforcement of Lancang River Bridge,a three-span continuous rigid structure bridge,the disease mechanism rigid bridge is analyzed,c It plays a significant role in the suppression of the mid-span torsion,the improvement of the pivot point of the main beam and the stress in the span.,the common diseases and their effects of the high pier and long span continuous rigid bridge are summarized,and the reinforcement design,construction scheme and reinforcement implementation effect are introduced according to the disease situation of the bridge.Based on the engineering of Lancang River Bridge,according to the field investigation results of the real bridge disease,the plane rod system analysis model and the spatial entity analysis model of the bridge are established by using MIDAS program and ABAQUS.The present structure is analyzed and compared.According to the results of numerical simulation and analysis,the reliability and stability of the reinforcement scheme are demonstrated.The results of bridge reinforcement construction monitoring indicate that,an in-vitro pre-stressed steel beam is adopted for the reinforcement design of the high-pier large-span continuous rigid frame bridge,The improvement of the distribution of the bending moment beam is one of the effective measures and creep on the deflection.It plays a significant role in the suppression of the mid-span torsion,the improvement of the pivot point of the main beam and the stress in the span. |
