Research On Spatial Pattern And Influencing Factors Of Restaurant Facilities In Hohhot

As an industry closely related to human daily life and an important driving force for urban commercial economic development,catering has attracted more and more attention in recent years.In this social and economic background,studying the spatial and temporal pattern of catering from the perspective of geography and probing the influencing factors of its layout are conducive to macro control of the spatial and temporal law of urban catering layout,providing strong support for the future urban spatial planning,and improving the economic benefits of catering businesses and the quality of consumer experience.This study focuses on the regular changes of the spatial pattern of catering facilities in Hohhot from 2018 to 2021.What are the changes of influencing factors of spatial layout of catering facilities in Hohhot? Based on the summary of relevant theories of economic geography and urban geography,combined with multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,the spatial analysis method and influencing factors analysis method were used to study the spatial pattern and influencing factors of catering facilities in Hohhot city.The main contents of the paper are as follows: firstly,the research background,research significance and research methods of the paper are explained;Secondly,the central place theory,agglomeration theory,urban sub-spatial structure theory,as well as domestic and foreign research results on the catering industry,POI data application,spatial analysis methods and influencing factors analysis methods were reviewed to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the spatial pattern and influencing factors of catering facilities in Hohhot.Then,the main area of the distribution of catering facilities in Hohhot urban area in 2018 was designated as the research area.Based on the research of relevant scholars,the catering POI data were reclassified,and a variety of spatial analysis methods were used to analyze the spatial distance,spatial form,agglomeration characteristics and direction distribution of catering facilities in Hohhot urban area from 2018 to 2021.Based on the spatial structure of catering facilities,the impact factor index system was constructed by combining open source road network data and building contour data,etc.,and the impact factors of the layout of catering facilities in the study area in 2018 and 2021 were explored by using the geographical detector model.Finally,the paper summarizes the main conclusions,shortcomings and prospects.This paper draws the following conclusions through the research:(1)From 2018 to 2021,both the overall catering facilities and classified catering facilities in the study area are closely distributed,and the competition is strong.(2)From 2018 to 2021,the catering facilities in the study area showed the spatial layout characteristics of "multi-core" structure and decreasing density level outward.The core areas were mostly concentrated in the middle of the study area,and the characteristics of zonal distribution along the traffic arteries were obvious.At present,the spatial pattern of zonal extension and multi-center development has been formed.(3)From 2018 to 2021,catering facilities showed significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the overall agglomeration degree of catering facilities gradually decreased with the passage of time,showing a trend of diffusion.(4)In the four years from 2018 to 2021,the development direction of catering facilities showed a trend of northeast to southwest,showing a relatively concentrated distribution trend.In addition,the centripetal force of catering facilities decreased,the degree of dispersion increased,and the main area of spatial distribution continued to expand.(5)From 2018 to 2021,accommodation service facilities,large shopping places and companies are the three leading factors for the formation of the overall spatial pattern of catering facilities in Hohhot.(6)From 2018 to2021,large-scale shopping places and accommodation service facilities were always the dominant factors in the layout of Category 5 catering facilities,but the explanatory power changed slightly.
