| In 2013,our country put forward the concept of developing mixed ownership economy and released the relevant documents one after another.Although the process of Chinese enterprise mixed reform is stable and remarkable,it is faced with many problems,such as the direction of enterprise mixed reform,"mixed capital" to "mixed resources" transformation and so on.The mixed reform of state-owned enterprises has been going on for many years.In practice,state-owned enterprises have explored various modes of mixed reform.However,whether the mode of mixed reform is suitable for the development status of the company and the performance of the mixed reform of the enterprise is worthy of in-depth discussion.China Eastern Airlines Logistics is the first pilot of mixed-ownership reform of a state-owned airline in China,and also the first state-owned airline to succeed in mixed-ownership reform.Therefore,this paper takes China Eastern Logistics Company as an example and analyzes the results of its logistics mixed reform by studying the resource changes in the process of its logistics mixed reform,in order to provide reference for other enterprises to choose the mode of mixed reform.Firstly,this paper briefly describes the research situation of mixed ownership reform at home and abroad in the introduction part.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of resource arrangement and the political background of mixed ownership reform,so as to set up the theoretical research framework of this paper.Third,it introduces the case of mixed reform of China Eastern Logistics,analyzes the causes of the company’s mixed improvement action from the three aspects of external causes,internal causes and resources,and briefly describes the steps of its "three-step" mixed reform.Fourthly,based on the mixed-reform plan of China Eastern Logistics,it analyzes the changes brought by the mixed-reform of China Eastern logistics and how these changes are generated from three dimensions: resource combination construction,resource reorganization and resource leverage formation ability.Finally,it evaluates the performance of the mixed-reform of China Eastern logistics as a whole by calculating EVA and provides references for other companies.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: China Eastern Logistics introduced appropriate strategic investors in the process of mixed reform,obtained the resources of strategic investors’ advantages and integrated with its own resources to obtain a large number of customer resources and business resources,which played a good synergistic effect in all aspects;Second,the financial and non-financial performance of China Eastern Logistics has been greatly improved through the mixed reform,and the performance reflects well.Third,China Eastern Logistics has improved the corporate governance structure through mixed reform,rebuilt the system of the board of directors,the board of supervisors and the general meeting of shareholders,and introduced independent directors to ensure the correctness of the company’s decisions.It is the way of marketization and equity incentive of logistics staff of China Eastern Airlines that associates the performance of employees with the performance of the company,which enhances the enthusiasm of employees and improves the ability of corporate governance. |
