| In the second half of the 19 th century,railway technology was introduced to China,and the maintenance technology of steam locomotive boilers also introduced.As an important component of steam locomotives,the introduction and application of boiler maintenance technology,as a case of localization of railway technology after introduced to China,has important academic value and significance.Based on the previous research,this paper takes the steam locomotive boiler maintenance technology of Tientsin-Pukow Railway as the research object,analyzes its maintenance technology and management system,compares it with related technologies at home and abroad,and discusses the details of Tientsin-Pukow Railway boiler maintenance technology and its impact.The main work of this article is:First,on the basis of combing the development history of steam locomotive boiler maintenance technology of Tientsin-Pukow Railway,the application of locomotive boiler maintenance equipment and the reform process of locomotive boiler maintenance system of Tientsin-Pukow Railway are studied.The results show that the Tientsin-Pukow Railway established a "locomotive factory-depot" maintenance network in the early years during the Republic of China,and hierarchical management of locomotive maintenance was carried out through a set of railway technical rules from 1918.At the same time,the Tientsin-Pukow Railway also built many journals in the road for technical exchange.In the process of institutional reform of Tientsin-Pukow Railway,the institutional reform of Tientsin-Pukow Railway and the retrofit of equipment in the railway bureau promoted each other,and exchanges on technical and institutional reform were carried out with domestic and foreign railways.Second,it focuses on analyzing the water quality improvement experiment conducted by Jin Yunwen at Xuzhou Station and discussing its research process.It is found that although the equipment of the Tientsin-Pukow Railway chemical laboratory is relatively rudimentary,the Tientsin-Pukow Railway’s researchers have studied the boiler maintenance technology under the condition of poor equipment and limited conditions,and also fully used the carrier of academic journals to disseminate and exchange boiler maintenance technology.Third,the boiler maintenance technology and system used by the Tientsin-Pukow Railway and the Nanjing-Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway and the Peiping-Mukden Railway,as well as foreign railways such as Japan and the United States,are compared,and the influence of social and technological application environment on technology use is discussed.The study found that the technical equipment level of Tientsin-Pukow Railway is insufficient,but it actively introduces foreign technology,and actively absorbs the advanced experience of domestic and foreign railways in system construction.At the beginning of the construction of the Tientsin-Pukow Railway,a high degree of management independence and technical independence were maintained,avoiding a series of problems caused by foreign engineers interfering in the choice of technical routes as the Nanjing-Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway and the Peiping-Mukden Railway.This paper believes that the maintenance of steam locomotive boilers of Tientsin-Pukow Railway in the Republic of China period is accompanied by the introduction of technology,and the technology suitable for its own situation is constantly explored,and the degree of mechanization increases with the update of equipment,and the maintenance system tends to be perfected;At the same time,the comparative study pointed out that the steam locomotive boiler maintenance technology of Tientsin-Pukow Railway is not only affected by the technology itself,but also has a deep relationship with management and social factors.This proves that the transplantation of modern technology requires not only technological innovation and institutional improvement,but also management independence and technical exchanges. |
