The steam boiler of W flame style of HuaNeng LuoHuang power plant ofen runs in low load because of the demand of suit peak of electricity net, this thesis is just based on this situation. A lot of tests, including cold situation tests, milling system tests, adjusting tests of combustion system, and adjusting tests of the steady combustion at low load were made. The thesis fish out the run-mode at low load triumphantly and realize the steady combustion at low load without burning of oil under the conditions of the routine run-mode and two sets milling system. At the same time , the best mn-mode of the economics and the security of the running of the steam boiler at all kinds of load and progress were given out in the thesis. On the other hand, the thesis gave its advice on the problems which were discovered in the course of the experiment, including the fact of the wind-smoke system, the fact of the milling system, the fact of the best mn-mode at the load of 360WM, 288MW, 2 16MW and so on. It was suggested to change the combustor of gap style into the combustor of dense-thin style. The results of the experiment research had great benefit to the economics and the security of the #2 steam boiler of HuaNeng LuoHuang power plant. And it has the value of reference and direction to the designing and running of the steam boiler of W flame style.
