At present,industrial transformation and technological progress are reshaping the global economic structure.The new energy vehicle industry,with its characteristics of technological intensity,clean energy,broad prospects,and comprehensive benefits,has become an important engine for leading industrial green transformation and promoting sustainable development of the national economy.Based on the industrial reality,this paper presents a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth analysis of the evolution characteristics,industrial measurement and dynamic mechanism of the collaborative innovation network of China’s new energy vehicle industry from the perspective of "industry-innovator-technology" research.Firstly,based on the innovation patent data of Chinese new energy vehicle industry,this paper divides the innovation development stages of new energy vehicle industry,construct a collaborative innovation network of new energy vehicle industry from the perspective of industrial chain to reveal the temporal evolution characteristics of industrial collaborative innovation,and analyze the spatial structure from the perspective of city to reveal the spatial distribution trend of industrial collaborative innovation.Secondly,the technological evolution characteristics of new energy vehicle industry are measured from the perspective of technological community-knowledge elements-industrial structure,and the technological evolution trajectory of new energy vehicle industry,the integration of knowledge elements and the change of industrial technology focus are inspected.Again,based on the theory of collaborative evolution,a stochastic actor-oriented model is constructed from the perspective of innovation innovator and technology,and the role and importance differences of each influencing factor in the evolution of collaborative innovation network relationship are analyzed to explore the evolution mechanism of collaborative innovation network in new energy vehicle industry.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,we summarize and propose reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of China’s new energy vehicle industry in the light of industrial reality.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the following questions: what are the temporal evolutionary trends and spatial distribution trends of the collaborative innovation network in China’s new energy vehicle industry.To measure the technological evolution characteristics of China’s new energy vehicle industry from the perspective of "knowledge trajectory-knowledge integration-knowledge transfer".How exogenous and endogenous factors influence the evolution of collaborative innovation networks in China’s new energy vehicle industry and how they interact with each other..The research results show that although the scale and intensity of industrial collaborative innovation have increased significantly from the start-up period,the formation period to the growth period,there is still much room for development.The industry chain synergy is uneven,and the focus of collaborative innovation is transitioning to midstream and downstream synergy,and the innovation main body presents a general pattern of mainly enterprises,supplemented by universities and research institutes.Urban collaborative innovation shows the characteristics of expanding scale,complex connection and regional integration,and industrial collaboration shows the innovation pattern of multi-point scattering and local clustering,and the path of collaborative innovation transfer and evolution has taken initial shape.The key technologies of the new energy vehicle industry form breakthrough development,however,technology development varies widely;the core technologies of the industry form six evolutionary paths;the emergence time,innovation frequency and innovation interval of knowledge elements are closely related to each other,The innovation of frontier technologies in the industry is also highly active.Moreover,the industry chain has continued to expand both horizontally and vertically due to the ongoing subdivision of technical fields.Finally,the transition of the industrial chain focus and the synergy between the upstream and downstream sectors have facilitated the upgrading and development of the industrial structure.The structure of both the main collaborative network and the technology collaborative network is fragile,in comparison,the main collaborative network is more stable and has higher synergy intensity.The internal and external factors jointly drive the evolution of the network,and the external factors have more influence;Assortativity and closure affect the propensity of the Matthew effect to influence network evolution,and there is no mutually reinforcing relationship between them.The influence of external and internal driving factors on each other will change the influence degree and propensity during the network evolution.The significance of this paper lies in combining the holistic and dynamic characteristics of collaborative innovation,expanding the research from a multi-dimensional perspective based on a reasonable definition of industrial development stages,improving the research framework of the evolution of collaborative innovation network;constructing an industrial technology measurement index system based on collaborative innovation network;and extending the analysis framework of the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of collaborative innovation network.Reasonable suggestions are made for the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry at the industrial,innovators and technology,mainly including promoting the coordinated development of the industry and coordinating the balance of innovation development of the industrial chain.Integrate industrial innovation resources and expand partners with complementary types,regions and technical advantages through industrial innovation platforms.Improve regional infrastructure construction and industrial innovation layout.Strengthen industrial technology innovation,promote technology field segmentation and key technology research.
