| Nowadays,people’s pursuit of a better life is higher,creating the tertiary industry tourism boom.Coastal landscape is widely sought after by the people because of its higher aesthetic value on the basis of both functions.At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization,coastal cities pay more attention to the construction of coastal landscape in urban planning.In order to create a coastal landscape that meets the needs of The Times and residents,designers,real estate developers and the government are actively exploring and innovating.Through continuous exploration and research,the derived "landscape + operation" model can meet the needs to the maximum extent,such as Anaya,a place where Internet celebrities hit the time.The research object of this thesis is a part of Yantai City coastline planning,it belongs to Longhu section,the theme of this area is "life island shore".The mode of "landscape + operation" is added in the planning and design of Bilan coastal landscape,hoping to make the landscape "alive" through operation and support,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the living environment of coastal landscape,innovating tourism projects and adding color to the city image.In the preliminary analysis,I fully understand the latest research situation at home and abroad,carefully interpret classic cases,and learn and summarize excellent design methods.Through literature review and field research,the location and surrounding situation of the project and the original current situation of the own base are analyzed,the advantages of the project base and problems that need to be solved are obtained,and then the SWOT analysis is used to guide the subsequent design.In the overall landscape planning and design,combined with the analysis of the upper planning and its own current situation,the design theme of "coastal dream Peninsula" is proposed,aiming at building a livable life model of a rare coastal holiday in the north.According to the morphological characteristics and current situation of the site,the landscape structure of "one axis and one ring" is constructed to make the space layout reasonable and compliant.According to different functional uses,the site is divided into five parts: the entrance image exhibition area,the coastal resort experience area,the comprehensive vitality area,the all-age tide play area and the all-age leisure area.The original road of the site should be integrated and sorted out,so as to make the streamline layout of the site orderly.In the landscape zoning design,the five functional areas--entrance image exhibition area,coastal resort experience area,comprehensive vitality area,all-age tide play area and all-age leisure area are designed in detail.Each functional area has its own unique function.Each functional area does not interfere with each other in layout but is connected with each other in overall planning.The key points of the design are indicated through graphic language such as plan,effect drawing and section drawing,and the landscape operation strategy is reasonably integrated into it to meet the needs of different visitor groups.In the special design,the main site plant planting,lighting,landscape of the special design description,these special design can more clearly elaborate the design details.Landscape sketches play an important role in landscape planning and design.The sketches in this case not only ensure good use,but also increase the artistic vitality,so that the site is more in line with the design theme--coastal Dream Peninsula.Finally,this thesis also elaborated the landscape planning and design of the base.By analyzing the characteristics of the geographical location of the site and the needs of customers,the activities were configured to make the landscape of the site closely connected with the activities,so as to meet the planning needs of Yantai city to build a dynamic coastline,meet the needs of foreign tourists to clock in the north coastal park,and meet the living needs of surrounding residents.Make the site more diversified. |
