Research On Greenway Evaluation Of Taohua Bay In Guilin City Based On The Perspective Of Subject And Object

In 2021,Guilin,Guangxi put forward the goal of double carbon,and in 2021,Guilin proposed to build a world-class tourist city.It is committed to the development of green and low-carbon tourism,and greenway planning and construction is an important part of it.Taohuawan Greenway is located in the center of Xiufeng District,Guilin City,with a planned total area of about 22.36km~2.It is a truly comprehensive greenway in Guilin City.The first phase of Taohuawan Greenway has been put into operation,starting from Shengli Bridge,connecting Lujiacun to reed flute cave Scenic Area,with a total length of about 8 km.It connects four Taohuawan tourism and leisure projects in series,and the second phase is under construction,mainly from the starting point of Liu Sanjie Grand View Garden,connecting the first phase of Taohuawan Leisure Greenway.This paper mainly takes Taohuawan Greenway Phase I project as the research object,based on accessibility theory,IPA analysis method,use evaluation theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and push-pull theory,etc.,and constructs the spatial model and comprehensive evaluation model of Guilin Greenway Road Network from the perspective of subject and object,and discusses the influencing factors of public green space accessibility and comprehensive evaluation of greenways.Firstly,this paper starts from the objective level,and makes a spatial analysis of all green spaces in Xiufeng District by using Arcgis,analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the construction of Taohuawan Greenway,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspect of accessibility;Secondly,a large number of documents are analyzed and consulted for qualitative research,and then the subjective wishes of residents and tourists on the use expectation and demand of greenway functions are investigated respectively,and the influence model of host-guest satisfaction of Taohuawan Greenway is constructed from seven perceptual levels.500 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by descriptive analysis,IPA analysis and independent sample T test,and the comprehensive rating of each greenway was obtained,and the significance and difference of satisfaction were analyzed.It is found that(1)the accessibility of the overall green space in Xiufeng District is the best in the east and the worst in the west,and there is still a great contradiction between the accessibility level and the leisure and recreation needs of residents;(2)There are differences in time and space frequency between subject and object in Taohuawan Greenway experience,and some common problems need to be improved;(3)There are significant differences in neighborhood perception,spatial perception and cultural perception between subject and object.Based on the investigation results of comprehensive greenway facilities in Taohuawan,Guilin,this paper summarizes the root of the problem by combining the IPA analysis model of subject and object,and puts forward relevant optimization strategies from the aspects of accessibility,green corridor system,trail system,greenway facilities and cultural elements.This study can improve the construction level of Guilin Greenway,and its main purpose is to provide people with a healthy and comfortable landscape environment that can gain happiness and attachment,and finally achieve the goal of building a world-class tourist city.
