Research On Distributed Transaction Of Electricity Considering Social Welfare

Abstract/Summary:
Distributed clean energy is an important component of the energy system which is green,low-carbon,safe,and efficient.With the development of generation technology for distributed clean energy,traditional electricity users are transformed into the prosumers.Market-oriented development is an effective way to realize the local consumption of distributed clean energy and the low-carbon transformation of energy consumption structure.A reasonable transaction mechanism and process are important to the construction of electricity market.Different types of prosumers,including residents,offices,and businesses,were studied in the thesis.Regarding how to promote local consumption of distributed clean energy and the low-carbon transformation of energy consumption through P2 P transactions,the following research has been done:(1)In response to the problem that prosumers are not suitable to participate in the traditional centralized transaction,the characteristics and advantages of the P2 P transaction model were analyzed,and the feasibility of prosumers’ adoption of this model to participate in the distributed electricity market was explored.Game theory was used to describe the prosumer’s decision-making process of participating in P2 P transactions regarding competition and cooperation.Based on the P2 P transaction architecture of non-cooperative game and cooperative game,the double-round bidding transaction and cooperative alliance transaction were designed respectively.(2)To improve the efficiency of prosumer in P2 P transactions under benefit competition,a double-round bidding transaction model,which is based on the non-cooperative game,was constructed with the goals of economic benefit and clearing energy.The transaction model can increase the P2 P transaction electricity and guarantee economic benefits for prosumers by adopting transaction strategies,such as free bidding and adjusting quotations.The example analysis shows that the double-round bidding games model can increase the benefit of prosumers,improve the efficiency of P2 P transactions,and promote the local consumption of distributed clean energy.(3)To measure the environmental value for those small and dispersed distributed clean energy generations,this thesis adopts a method to calculate the reduction of carbon emission for those distributed clean energy on both the source and the transmission.A social welfare function was constructed by considering the economic and environmental benefits,and the way how to maximize the social welfare of the alliance was studied.From this,the method,which maintain the equitable of allocate the cooperative surplus,was designed to allocate the cooperative surplus based on the prosumer’s contribution to the social welfare of alliance.The example analysis shows that prosumers who form cooperative alliances can obtain more cooperative surplus than non-cooperative transactions with the goal of maximizing social welfare to participate in P2P transactions.The contribution to social welfare among prosumers positively correlates with the allocating of cooperative surplus based on the value lost in their P2P transaction.It will motivate prosumers to cooperate and maintain the stability of the alliance.In conclusion,the study of the thesis indicate that the design of a reasonable P2 P transaction mechanism and process can promote the local consumption of distributed clean energy and the low-carbon transformation of energy consumption structure from the perspective of marketization.
