Urban metro construction is on the rise,and the construction of metro projects will remain a hot spot for urban infrastructure construction in China for a long time in the future.Due to the many parties involved in metro construction,long construction period,complex environmental conditions,difficult underground construction,and many unforeseen factors,metro construction faces extremely high safety risks,which are very likely to cause casualties and property damage."Safety first,prevention first",how to scientifically identify the safety risk factors latent in the process of metro construction,take preventive measures,adhere to risk pre-control,and move forward,is a subject worth studying in the process of metro construction.Based on extensive literature reading and on-site construction environment research,the paper identifies the station construction risk events and risk factors using the Delphi method,taking the Shangshagou Station of Nanchang Metro Line 4 as the research object.After that,the construction risks were quantitatively evaluated using the expert scoring method.Considering the existence of coupling correlation of multiple risk factors and the subjectivity of experts’ quantitative scoring,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)was applied to the in-depth analysis of the construction risk factors of the station,and the corresponding principal components and the ranking of the influence degree of each risk factor on the total risk were derived,and the key risk factors were identified.Based on the results of the principal component analysis,the fuzzy cognitive map method(FCM)was applied to the construction risk model construction of the station,and the C-OWA ordered weighting operator method was used to assign weights to the indicators to derive the association matrix of the concept nodes.The PCA-FCM method was used as the initial state value of the risk factors,which was input to the construction risk FCM model for iteration and construction risk dynamic simulation.Finally,the construction process of the Shang Sha Gou metro station is briefly described,pointing out that the key processes include foundation support,earth excavation in layers with internal support in layers,and construction drainage reduction.Specific operable pre-control measures are proposed for each construction risk factor identified during the construction process.And a general summary of the monitoring situation during the construction process was made,and the measured values were compared with the allowed values,which were all less than the allowed values.The results show that the construction safety risk analysis of Shangshagou metro station is comprehensive and correct,the construction process is standardized and orderly,and the preventive measures are effective.The research results of the paper provide a scientific analysis method for the identification and assessment of safety risk factors of similar metro station projects,and also provide specific operable pre-control measures for the actual control of safety risks of similar station projects,which can provide some reference and reference for the academic and business sectors.
