In recent years, the leap-forward development of high-speed railway has alleviated the increasing pressure on passenger travel demand to a certain extent, greatly improved passenger travel efficiency and improved travel conditions. However, there are many problems in the existing high-speed rail ticketing organization and distribution strategy. For example, the seat capacity is not coordinated with passenger demand, resulting in low seat utilization and restricting the improvement of high-speed rail passenger transport efficiency. This paper will solve the defects of high-speed rail ticketing strategy in ticket price formation and ticket allocation,it is combined with dynamic fares to optimize the allocation of high-speed rail tickets, thereby improving the seat utilization rate and passenger income of high-speed rail and meeting the travel needs of different passengers. This paper first determines the initial passenger flow data through the prediction of passenger demand, and then assigns the passenger flow to the EMU train. Finally, the ticket allocation scheme is further optimized under the background of considering the dynamic fare. The main research results are as follows :(1)The inter-station passenger flow forecasting scheme is studied.By constructing exponential smoothing model, time series model and neural network model to predict passenger demand, and comparing the error rates of the three methods, the better method model is selected to predict the initial passenger flow, and the initial passenger flow is allocated to the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway Nanchang WestChangsha South section of the train, and then this section achieves the ultimate goal of ticket allocation.Passenger demand is an important basis for the preparation of highspeed railway transportation organization plan.Reasonable passenger demand forecasting method can not only accurately predict the passenger flow of the line in the next year, but also greatly reduce the difficulty and workload of forecasting.(2)The ticket allocation scheme of high-speed railway based on revenue management is studied.Firstly, the high-speed rail ticket allocation problem is transformed into a revenue management problem, and a linear model and a probabilistic nonlinear model are constructed.Secondly, the two models are improved, and the heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally,an experimental example is added to prove the feasibility and rationality of the model.Ticket allocation is the core technology of railway operation enterprises and train operation organization design. It is of great significance to improve the overall planning of passenger products, master the use level of railway transportation resources, meet the diversified service needs of passenger travel, evaluate the quality of train operation plan, and optimize and adjust train operation plan.(3)The high-speed railway ticket allocation scheme based on dynamic fare is studied.Firstly, the ticket allocation scheme under fixed fare is analyzed.Secondly, according to the existing dynamic fare application background, the ticket allocation scheme under dynamic fare is analyzed. Finally, the ticket allocation scheme under these two modes is calculated respectively. The change of enterprise operating income summarizes and summarizes that the ticket allocation scheme based on dynamic fare can greatly improve the operating income of enterprises, thus verifying the rationality of the argument in this paper. In the case study, the high-speed train running from Nanchang West to Changsha South of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway is selected as the research object. The results show that the scheme can make differential pricing for each train in the same OD interval.Through differential pricing, the seating rate of each train can be balanced and the utilization rate of train seats can be improved.
