The effective operation of domestic waste transfer station is related to the level of urbanization in a country.With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level and the rapid promotion of urbanization,the amount of urban domestic waste has increased sharply,and its annual growth rate was as high as 10.4%.In order to ensure the normal operation of urban functions and optimize the quality of urban environent,it is necessary to require the high-speed and effective operation of domestic waste transfer station,so as to avoid the excessive accumulation of urban waste and various urbanization problems.There are many links from generation to final treatment of municipal solid waste.The operation level of the transfer station is directly related to the rapid output of the waste collected at the front end and the operation efficiency of waste treatment facilities.The object of this thesis is the urban domestic waste transfer station.In view of the less comprehensive evaluation of the urban domestic waste transfer station at present,the expert evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to build the model.The model is applied to area G to evaluate the domestic waste transfer station before and after the implementation of the transformation project.The evaluation results are compared and analyzed in order to provide some reference for improving the operation effect of the transfer system.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of domestic waste transfer station and comprehensive evaluation method.This paper expounds the concepts and theories of five common domestic waste transfer modes,for example direct transfer,primary transfer,secondary transfer,vacuum pipeline transfer and classified transfer.Then it analyzes characteristics of traditional hoisting and compression domestic waste transfer facilities.This paper briefly expounds the basic principles of common comprehensive evaluation methods such as expert evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and compares and analyzes the characteristics and applicability of various methods as well.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation model of urban domestic waste transfer station is constructed.The influencing factors of domestic waste transfer station are deeply analyzed by combining theoretical research and field interview.Then it formulate a questionnaire through soliciting relevant opinions from some industry experts,and build an evaluation system composed of five primary indicators and tuenty secondary indicators of cohesion.These primary indicators are as follows: cohesion,rationality,scientificity,environmental protection and safety.Last the analytic hierarchy process is used for weight distribution,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish a practical and easy to operate evaluation model.In this way it can provide some theoretical references for improving the comprehensive operation level of urban domestic waste transfer station.Finally,the application of the model is studied in practice.Based on the brief introduction of the reconstruction project of the domestic waste transfer station in zone G,the questionnaire survey method is used to collect the relevant data of the comprehensive evaluation of the domestic waste transfer station in zone G before and after the implementation of the reconstruction project.Next the comprehensive evaluation model is used to study and analyze the domestic waste transfer station in zone G before and after the implementation of the reconstruction project.The comparative analysis results show that before the implementation of the reconstruction project,the comprehensive evaluation score of the domestic waste transfer station in zone G is 54.720,and its system comprehensive level is close to the general level.After the implementation of the reconstruction project,the comprehensive evaluation score of the transfer station is increased by 19.770.The comprehensive level has increased by 36% reaching a general to good level.In order to provide some practical reference for the improvement and upgrading of transfer station,suggestions and improvement measures are put forward such as increasing the number of compression boxes,increasing the volume of collection containers,selecting appropriate transfer stations for transformation and upgrading,expanding the scale of transfer stations and enriching safety training methods combined with the evaluation results of sub indicators such as cohesion and rationality.
