Taizhou,located in the central part of Jiangsu Province,is a national historical and cultural city with a large number of dwellings preserved from the Ming and Qing dynasties.The hall is the most common and important building type in Taizhou dwellings in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and its plan form and beam style have distinctive characteristics of the time and region.This paper takes the hall wood of the Ming and Qing dynasty houses in Taizhou as the research object,through literature research,field research and mapping,classification and generalization,statistical analysis and comparative study,etc.,to explore the characteristics of the hall wood of the Ming and Qing dynasty houses in Taizhou from five aspects: plan form,fa?ade form,beam frame,wood components and node characteristics.There are six chapters in this paper.The first introductory chapter describes the background and significance of the study,defines the time and geographical scope of the study,identifies the relevant concepts,selects the research object,summarizes the current status of the relevant research,composes the research ideas,develops the research method and route,and outlines the framework of the thesis.Chapter 2: Background of Taizhou Region and Overview of Ming and Qing Folk Houses,outlines the physical geography,history,culture and social economy of Taizhou region,and elaborates the geographical and contemporary background of the research case.It also discusses the basic characteristics,distribution profile and conservation status of the Ming and Qing houses in Taizhou.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of the hall woodwork of the Ming and Qing dynasty houses in Taizhou,mainly from six aspects: plan form,fa?ade form,large wood frame,large wood components,node characteristics and the form of xuan.At the same time,based on the actual measurement data of 35 halls,statistical analysis of the law of the creation of large wood and the scale of large wood components is carried out using statistical methods to explore the law of the construction of large woodwork and the characteristics of the scale of large wood.Chapter 4,Taizhou Ming and Qing dynasty houses typical case analysis,in the third chapter on the basis of hall research,selected 14 typical hall cases of its large wooden beam frame for specific analysis and research,to further summarize the Ming and Qing dynasty houses in Taizhou hall large wooden beam frame regional characteristics and characteristics of the times.The fifth chapter is divided into three parts.First,the comparison of different eras in the same region,the comparison of different periods of the Ming and Qing dynasties in Taizhou area hall large wooden work,summarizing the characteristics of its era.Second,the same period of different regions of the comparison,the Ming and Qing dynasties of Taizhou hall woodwork and Suzhou area for comparison,to explore the similarities and differences in the characteristics of the two places hall woodwork.Thirdly,the "construction method","garden" and "construction method of the original" three ancient books in the hall wood framing practices for comparison,to explore the Ming and Qing dynasties in Taizhou hall woodwork of the technical origin and evolution,to enhance the understanding of the Ming and Qing dynasties in Taizhou hall woodwork.The last chapter concludes,summarizing the research results of this paper,analyzing the omissions and shortcomings of the research process,and looking forward to the next step of research.Figure 83 Table 69 Reference 68...
